Such a wonderful and fun experience having Elise photograph our family at our property. It was challenging conditions weather wise but she handled it like a pro and we ended up with the most amazing images we will proudly display in our home!!! If you are looking for the complete package from start to finish Elise is definitely the photographer to book!!!

I was pretty nervous about having a photo shoot done for some marketing and advertising but Elise was AMAZING! She helped me to feel so relaxed, was incredibly professional but fun too. She offered me lots of advice, suggestions and feedback that made the shoot a breeze. The end result? I was THRILLED with the final photos and I am so grateful for all the time and energy Elise put into making the images exactly as I wanted them to be. I couldn't recommend Elise highly enough and I know if I ever need photos in the future, Ill be back!

Such an incredibly talented photographer and a wonderful person to boot! We were lucky enough to have Elise photograph our wedding, and could not have hoped for more! She was like a photography ninja at times (I still don't know how she managed to capture the angles she did without me noticing, slipping past me to stand on the other side of the narrow pier during the ceremony for example.. when?? how?? My imagination is taking me to a scene from Mission Impossible!), and so cheery, fun and motivating when it came to dealing with the crowd. Despite all the challenges of a one in 35 year storm threatening to wash everything away, and dealing with terrible lighting in the cellars where we hid from the rain she managed to capture some truly beautiful moments that we will cherish forever. I would definitely recommend her to others, and will certainly be returning to her directly if we ever have need of a photographer again... for a newborn perhaps!!? ;-) Thanks for everything Elise, you are a star!

As a professional photographer myself, I find it hard to find a photographer who I trust to take our family photos let alone fully participate in a photography session once I have selected the photographer. This fear and anxiety developed after selecting the wrong photographer for our wedding and being extremely disappointed with our photos. But I am pleased to say that from the moment we asked Elise to capture our family all of my normal fear and anxiety with family portraits just melted away. Our session with Elise was the first time I have fully immersed myself into the family portrait experience and allowed myself to enjoy it all. I totally forgot about all of my own body issues too. The end result is that I love our portraits. Elise has captured us perfectly. When I look at our portraits I can see all of our personalities and not just people who look like us. I have them printed EXTRA LARGE (poster size) and they are hanging with pride in our home like precious works of art. Now that Elise has relocated back to Victoria we will have to travel to her from our home in Brisbane for our updates but I honestly wouldn’t have anyone else do our portraits.

Elise is extremely professional. The only problem we had was selecting which photos to print and have on display as they were all amazing. Have had Elise take family photos several times and highly recommend her!

Elise has been behind the lenses capturing every moment of my families growth, including my parents 30th wedding anniversary. She is full of love, laughter, attention to detail, candid photos and really knows how to make people relax and have fun. I will never use anyone else. My house looks like an Elise Gow Photography artwork museum. My last family update I asked her to include my horse and I. She was terrified, but got up close and took photos anyway.
