Photo print quality is horrible and shop owner won't admit poor quality when confronted with a quality printout from Officeworks. See photo to compare yourself. Not to mention it was ridiculously priced for one 4x6 printout.

Go back there to ask if they still have my photo's file because I lost it and the staff very friendly and helpful and found the file in his camera. Thanks!

Great quality 35mm film development, and got it back within 24 hours which is unheard of, most places take a week! Definitely recommend whether you live in the city or are there for a couple days like we were :)

I brought my son to take a photo for a US visa, he charged me $38 which I was surprised and shocked because I took a photo from here 2 years ago for about $20-$25 (I’m not sure). But I didn't say anything because it was taken. And I didn’t asking the price first cause i used to been here. I got the picture half an hour later. It was the worst editing. There is no adjustment of colour, light and brightness and it’s blurry ,no clarity comparable to taking pictures from the iPhone 3. And the image obtained is of unusable size I have to go back to the shop again. While I was waiting, another customer came to take photos to apply for a US visa as well. He didn't tell them the price in front of me. But when that customer walked out of the store I went out to ask them, they paid $25 !!!!!!! I'm not sure if there's a difference in the price for children and adults. But I feel inequality, exploitation You are not honest with your customers. I will never go back. And I would like to recommend others that if you walk just another block you will find a better shop called “”Digital Foto World”” on Pitt st. but they close on Saturday. I have to use it urgently (that why?!) and they are more responsible.They will check the photo quality standard result with website before sending the photo to you. Make you feel at ease, don't waste time, in better service and better price.

Best experience! Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Got my passport photos done here. He was juggling 3 customers at once, all happily looked after.Highly recommended!!

This shop produces excellent work! Catherine was extremely helpful, not only with regular color prints, but she did a very nice canvas piece for me as well as some black and white photos. As an expert photographer, she has a great eye for which images would produce best as color or black and white and I have had both done with this company. Additionally, the photo restorations Catherine has done are second to none! I've seen water-damaged, cracked and chipped photos come back to life after she's had them for a very reasonable amount of time. All of the photos I've had processed here have come out beautifully. I highly recommend this business.

I'm never coming back since they spoiled my b/w roll (stains on almost every shot) and refused to refund $36 that I paid for it. Never risk your film here. UPD: 30/12/19

This is a revised review. I was unhappy about the quality of the passport picture. Poor lighting and print quality. Initially, I wanted 8 copies but I was disappointed with the first 4 printed, so I paid for those 4 and I left the store with it. Rated 1 star after that. I am now giving 2 extra stars looking at the response I received to my review and the courtesy shown. I don't need a refund but want this experience to improve for the rest walking into that store.

Had my passport photos taken here todayand they were super patient and friendly. I touched up my hair and makeup in their big mirror and when I was ready he came to take photos. I’m really indecisive but I never felt rushed and got to see the photos he took, looking back and forth until I picked the one I wanted to be printed. Also only took like 2 minutes and it was printed ready to go (I was the only one in the store but that was pretty quick).There’s cheaper places in the cbd however I’m happy to pay that bit extra to receive this type of service and get something I’m happy with!
