Very professional, punctual and responsive. I had a bit of an emergency and the electricians were there quickly. Everything was explained clearly and follow up inquiries were answered promptly.

Our smoke alarm system needed upgrading. This company has terrific systems in place that ensures the journey from quoting to getting the job done is fast and efficient. The electricians who installed the alarms were capable, personable and had a good knowledge of their work. They spoke confidently and enthusiastically about their company’s abilities and services.

I absolutely agree with all the awesome, thankful and happy comments in the other reviews regarding Integral Electrics Qld ....but, let me go a step further. (my 'they're GREAT!!!' praise isn't short and sweet.TLDRI know just enough about building and construction to be a contractors nightmare. Sometimes, I ask for the impossible or really odd stuff. My golden rule though is to listen and discuss... and seriously, we all need to really listen with the intent to understand when we ask for something impossible.I'm renovating one of the houses my partner and I built 15+ years ago. My partner is still overseas, renovating our house in Malaysia. Yes, Rumah Singa (Lion House), the LARGE villa on Langkawi is for sale. Google it.So, it's just me renovating our retirement home here in Cairns... a female, not-quite-a-Boomer retiree trying to explain and negotiate with contractors who just don't quite understand my requirements...... ohhh yessss, the sound of my head banging against a brick wall does occur far, far too often.What Keven has, (the guru and boss of the team), is the unique ability to see options that will work, and make suggestions which will successfully fulfil my 'odd stuff' requests. The other thing Keven did so very well, was explain, to the micro-manager within me, why something will ....or won't work. (ie my request won't *cough* quite work....)First fix I needed desperately.... A few months back, several electricians gave me blank looks and then told me that putting a timer on a large storage hot water system isn't necessary.... Or, it can't be done... Keven, however, told me he's done 'heaps of them'. (Picture me gobsmacked ..and ecstatic ...at LAST!)Why a timer on a storage hot water system?When you have solar power, you don't want the water to be heated after hours becausea. there's no sun for solar power generation,b. the cost of power from the grid will be on the next bill, andc. yes I'm pedantic enough to want the freebie stuff from the sky.Next example. LED lighting fitted below kitchen cupboards can cost you a fortune unless you use strip lighting. I've used strip lighting for many years and I knew, many times over, the limitations of this product when fitted above a stove area. Keven countered my concerns with explanations on how his team install and the equipment they use. He still listened to my concerns and, added an effective, quick, almost costless solution.Then, I had a very annoying but easy, for me, to temporarily fix issue, occur several hours after the guys had finished the installation work. I was expecting a 'next day' follow up and fix as the temporary fix was perfectly OK. These sorts of things happen and the torrential rain and humidity sort of made it inevitable.Nah, to my surprise, Keven was back later that evening, in the dark and he fixed the issue in under 15 minutes.If you've read this far, you now know that I have found MY electrician for every single job during the renovation, building the new upper story to the house and anything else that I need a 'sparky' for. I'm so impressed with the quality of work and the work ethic.

These guys are great. Very professional from start to finish. Initial call on the phone was great, they knew what I needed, called me back with a fixed quote. I booked it in and the two guys came on time. The guys were friendly, did a great job, very, very clean. I will use them again without hesitation. Probably not the cheapest quote you'll get, but you get what you pay for. Don't mess around with electrical work - get the professionals in to do it.

Had an emergency with a puppy chewing through wiring and the crew were there fixing it in less than 2 hours! Professional, friendly and removed all the rubbish. Also gave some electrical safety advice. Highly recommend!!

Brilliant team of professionally minded tradespeople. Felt confident that they knew what they were doing and totally trustworthy. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate using them again. In fact they are our new Electrical team that will undertake all our work moving forward. As new residents here in Cairns it was so reassuring to find an outfit like the Team from Integral that did what they said they would do.
