Needa Skip Bin

Ordered a skip bin - gave my credit card details, was told the bin was going to be here.Been told the bin has been left at someone else place have called to find out about where the bin is no answer just ignoring calls.Will not be going with these guys again.The first time I got a skip with this business was great. Today was a let down down right unfair.

After asking for a simple base quote on a skip bin the customer service person (from their chat bot) asked me for my contact details, which I declined as I only wanted a quick quote to compare with the others I had. They then said that they could not give me a quote unless they could direct my details to their sales person (forgot their term, but this is what they are) and again I declined. All I wanted was a quick quote to compare prices and instead spent unecessary minutes wasting my time. I gave up on this company and within 5 minutes had two simple quotes from other companies in the area. Seriously, it's just a skip bin needed for a day. I don't think I require a sales professional to speak to me about it. Very dissapointing.
