IMO Car Wash

Quick, easy, and clean! First time visiting IMO car wash, my car was covered in mud from driving on dirt roads, so my car desperately needed a wash. I got the Wash Plus option for $13, and paid to the staff there. It was a simple process and the staff was concise with his explanation on what I should do align my car for the car wash machine. My car was very clean afterwards. I would come back here again, definitely worth it.

Very professional equipments provided, even having fun!!!HahahaVery highly recommend you to go there!But at least you need to bring your own effort.In addition, if you don't want to wash your vehicle by yourself, you can choose another service that professional staffs do it for you.Very satisfied!!

Says it is an attendee car wash but there isn’t a single person here. So unless you know how to use it, how to pay, etc. too bad. Why advertise as “attended” when it’s not?Happily a guy in the next bay gave advice though he said use rinse, then foam wash. I did that and it was actually pretty cool, but then when I went to rinse off the foam I realised maybe he gave me bad advice because of the numbering system.In any case, I was able to wash my car but I chose this place over others because I thought I would have guidance from staff - nope, it’s anything but an attended car wash.

This car wash is nothing but a rip-off! They have the audacity to charge you $15 regardless of how few minutes you spend using their water! I'm talking about the self service car wash

Would have 5 stars if the vacuum had better suction - had to change machines twice before getting one that worked properly - other than that it was excellent

Vacuum no power and eptos poorThe guy who takes eptos payment is polite But the last guy you will seebefore entering car wash. With cap and earphones. I found rude as I mentioned to him please be careful with wing mirror as it has slight defect what not visible but he closed his eyes and said I know I know . he told me to put in neutral and because it was in park he said he not blind at that point I had hand on concel to give them 20 bucs tipBut unfortunately because of his rude behaviour that never happened. It was my first time there and will be my lastThere is just know need to be this way to customers not a very good mind for business. I went for car wash not to be rude to

For $75 car is clean and shiny inside and out. Just make sure you have about an hour free to hang around the cafes nearby and there are attendants available to vacuum and wipe inside of car(call beforehand to confirm for the day)

Absolutely terrible service and staff, not even worth one star. The staff there abuse to customer using word ‘suck’ and kind of language. So rude and terrible place to go for a wash. I’m gonna pay $50 to other place rather than this rude person.

Fast car wash with manual pre-wash but automated system does not clean hard to reach areas and drying is poor leaving water spots that ruin the outcome. Needs a manual chamois station after exit from the car wash. Despite illuminated You have received" indicators

This used to be a good place to do self service wash, after changing EFTPOS only, I tried couple of times the card was debited and the machine didn't work, I did once but it's like you end up paying a lot as there is no control and you get charged the time you spend, even though you do it fast as you can the minimum you may have to spend at least 8 dollars. Look like this place has become dodgy, I think their attended services are good, but won't recommend the self service wash.
