It's a news agency. It's not going to get greater than that. The staff are are helpful and the man at the counter is always got a very pleasing smile, gives that positive winning feeling when buy a scratchy or the lotto. Lol haven't won yet.

Returning my online order to this parcelpoint was so efficient and simple. The guy at the counter took like a min and it was done. Recieved a reciept in my emails for the return, as soon as he processed it.Also my order was returned to the store efficiently(within 5 days the company recieved it).Trustworthy and easy place for returning online orders.

Was closed at 3:45pm when it was meant to be open until 5:30pm on Tuesday (1hr 45min early???). Very disappointed as I needed to pick up my package that night.Update: Owner had their own issues to deal with that night. Should have put up a notice as they acknowledged. Otherwise took care of the package well.
