this place is legit amazing, the staff are so damn kind and sweet, they are extremely inclusive and legit just amazing. i cant explain in words how amazing they were, my piercer was so amazing into making sure i was feeling ok, she was aslo v funny. rating this place a 5 stars just coz of how amazing the staff were. i have never felt so comfy being in a store. def go here ti get ur piercings done. also they use neeldes for piercings which is so much better than guns yall, go here not lovisaaa!!! the piercers are also veryyy profesional, if the manager sees this review i wanna let u know ur staff are amazing. I dont remember their names but there was a guy with curly hair, and a lady with rainbow hair and another person with a shaved head and loads of ear piercings. they were all AMAZING

Took the piercer 3 goes to get my nose done, incredibly painful! Looked ok-ish at the time, but after the huge amount of swelling went down a few days later, it was in a terrible position and just looked awful. This was a while ago, so hopefully they have someone better now

No bueno. Asked to buy a pipe. One of the many in the window. Was told thats illegal and she wouldn't sell it to me. Amazon online it is.

I would give 10 stars if I could. The amazing Jo did my Nose and Belly piercings and I recommend her to absolutely anyone. She did my belly piercing with absolutely no pain; almost a pinch and the nose was just slight discomfort and I swear I had to keep reminding myself I had the piercings because the next few days I felt nothing and the redness went away after a few days.I was nervous because I had both done previously (one by a bad piercer from HairHouse Warehouse and the other from a trainee) Both were very painful and my belly piercing was done wrong and when I went to complain we found out the piercer was bad and got fired. The piercing got infected and I had to take it out. So I was nervous and conscientious.After Jo did my piercings I walked away pain-free, surprised and so happy and they do Cork screws, so the blood nose piercing doesn’t fall out.Thank you to the boys at the counter who helped me too. Jo you’re amazing. Definitely getting you to do my next piercing

These people are the most kind inclusive people you will ever meet, I was so nervous to get my piercings done but they made me feel respected and safe. I cant remember the name of my piercer or the person at the front but they were the best ever! the energy my piercer gave off was amazing and they lifted the mood by just simply talking to me. I definitely recommend! oh and my piercings are even and were almost painless!

Really happy with the professional young adults working today! We were warmly greeted and received prompt service. The lady who did both my piercings was professional, approachable and had a very skilled hand. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Called in on Monday to replace a missing ear ring and change the existing to black, female staff member that served me was outstanding, really helpful and change them over for me.Thanks for your help and hospitality and enjoy your upcoming leave.

i just got my helix done here and the staff were amazing, and very accommodating. super friendly and funny

place was amazing, nice staff only problem was i got 2 nose piercings, one on each side one side was higher then the other and she tried to tell me it was swollen it’s been a week now it’s still higher and obviously was never swollen she just mucked it up..
