I've shopped here many times and customer service has been a low point each time. Staff are unhelpful and disinterested, so I'd be glad to take my business elsewhere.

Prices are on the high side however there's lots of options for diabetic, low carb or keto people including desserts. My favourites so far are the orange cheesecake and cauliflower chips.

I often shop at Go Vita Jamison...the team are always helpful with advice for my many complicated illnesses. While serving me, they serve others and that is okay...I know they will get back to me with helpful support.If I have discovered a product that is beneficial to my circumstances, I ask for it to be ordered...when it comes in, I get a call and go down and pick it up. Nothing is too much trouble...Thank you Con and your hardworking team...

Wonderful team, friendly and always greeted with a smile! My health has not been where I would like it to be, with autoimmune disease and tummy problems. Michelle has been amazing in helping me understand these conditions and getting me back to optimal health. Not only are the team great and super knowledgeable, but they have so many amazing products in store too!

DO NOT under any circumstances give your details to this store for communications. It has been over 10 years since I asked to be removed from their spam SMS service and they continue to SPAM me. I have contacted their head office multiple times and been assured that I won't continue to receive SPAM ever again. The store does not pick up the phone. It is utterly disgraceful that I continue to receive this unsolicited communication 10 years after I have left Canberra!

I have been shopping her for over 25 years. Awesome staff (Con and his daughters). Great products and they will bend over backwards to get what you want if they don't have it. Prices are higher than the supermarket but quality is high - you get what you pay for. They also stock many Aussie brands.
