We went to the outdoor cinema one warm evening in January. The building is one of the last Art Deco structures in Perth. Well worth a visit just to see the architecture. There's a pizza parlour in the studio and a bar. The cinema is great, the toilets are clean and well kept and the staff are friendly and helpful.

A beautiful art-deco building, brimming with a warm historic vibe; includes a theatre perfect for cabaret and plays, and an outdoor cinema in a charmingly comfortable setting.

Love Camelot! Great venue for outdoor movies. I make sure I get to at least a few every summer!! Great pizzas too!

Probably one of my favourite outdoor cinemas in Perth. Beautiful setting and reasonable price. ( you don't have to pay extra on top of you tickets for seat like you do in Moonlight cinema) Great pizza too..

Ordered a pizza at 6.25pm. At 7.15pm our buzzer went off and we were told at the collection desk they’d ran out of pizza bases so wouldn’t be making ours - told us to get a refund and look at buying food across the road. This is after at least 4 people who ordered after us had already received their pizza. Anyway, lined up for 10 minutes to get refund, of which we were refunded at cost price, and didn’t get the 15% surcharge we paid due to public holiday. Went across the road to find a line 10 people deep so couldn’t wait to ordered and queue for food given movie start time of 7.30pm. Went hungry as no other food for sale at the venue. Staff unapologetic, really couldn’t care less.Whole venue is old and need of upgrade. The slung chairs are so uncomfortable it’s hard to relax and enjoy the film. The other garden chairs are falling apart due to exposure to elements. There are surround sound speakers but these aren’t used for the movie, presumably because of the area therefore the movie is very quiet, every plane that passes over and every inch of staff cleaning up you can hear. In fact the music playing before the film is 10x louder.Overall I wouldn’t bother returning, what a waste of money if even the ambiance is lacklustre.

Once a great outdoor cinema, but now being run into the ground. RIpped chairs, overpriced pizzas and a massive distracting splat on the screen (which nobody bothered to clean) are the memories of what will unfortunately be my last visit.Sorry guys...but you need to do better for the exorbitant ticket price.

Where to begin…..we first ordered 2 gin and tonics to start the evening, $12 each the sign said, actually cost $27.60 with the 15% Sunday surcharge, of which there is no mention, I had to ask for ice, the bar person looked perplexed and said they were a bit short of ice, they had just opened! he did manage to find a few pieces fortunately but I didn’t try my luck with a slice of lemon! We went to find a place to sit to find an assortment of very tired looking bean bags and seats with missing cloth, the whole place needs a good refurbishment. We then ordered pizza and a bottle of wine, $102 for 2 pizzas and an okay bottle of white wine.We sat to eat the pizzas on a rusty chair and a table that was only just standing. As for the pizzas they were sparsely topped to say the least, lacking seasoning, burnt and so dry we couldn’t eat the 1inch crust. We had the mushroom with truffle oil $29 +15% we couldn’t taste the truffle oil at all and not a single leaf of spinach was to be seen.We haven’t been here for over a year we love the Luna brand as a whole but probably won’t be back to Camelot for a long time. And the movie hasn’t even started yet.

Had an amazing time at the cabaret From Vienna to Hollywood to Broadway. The show was amazing and it was an absolute pleasure to meet the cast afterwards. The food and drinks were excellent, highly recommend the mushroom pizza!
