Technicians and admin staff were very friendly.Job was carried out quickly and professionally.

Had an inspection done and did not pass due to a few requirements which was ok as we understood what needed to be done in order to pass. We then fixed these using our own electrician and they then told us we needed something else done which wasn't in the report but just noted down as bullet points on an email. We are ok with having to get this up to compliance but not add in something after the second time you have come out. Another point is the guy was meant to come out at 4pm and then turned up at 2:30pm, never spoke to myself and put our workers lives at risk by turning on a switch which made everything in the building live (this is something we will be escalating). We are already dealing with Covid and trying to stay afloat and then the stress of having a fine from the council for 4K due to this is just unprofessional. We employed them to help us tell us what is wrong not to have to come out 3 times due to them not telling us the first time. I believe that because we didn't use their services to fix our lights they are now making it difficult for us to pass.
