Ashleigh is amazing, very knowledgeable and professional, just a lovely person.I first went to her over a year ago then moved to the Gold Coast, I’ve tried other therapists closer to home but none compare to Ashleigh’s treatment. I drive an hour each way just to see her and it’s well worth the time.

I never knew much about myotherapists but I am glad I made an appointment to see Ash. I have been suffering with back pain of late and after a few sessions with Ash I feel fantastic. Ash is very knowledgeable, well qualified and professional. Ash worked and massaged my problem muscles mainly around my back, neck and shoulders and she used dry needling to great effect because the results were immediate. Highly recommended.

Every time I leave Ash at Muscle Balance Therapies I feel aligned and much more comfortable.I started seeing Ash 3 years ago. She worked with my changing aches and pains through my recent pregnancy with such care and experience that I felt extremely confident with her. Now on the other side post birth she is very understanding of the bodily challenges facing new mums.Highly recommended...so much so I’ve got my (therapy avoiding) husband seeing her too.

I arrived in Suffolk Beach very tired, stressed and still getting over shoulder injuries. I had two massages from Ash and she was amazing. She worked her massage magic, did some cupping and dry needling and it’s the best I have felt in 18 months. Ash is a delightful person, very experienced and a gem. Five stars all the way.
