Plenty Road Car Wash - Under New Mangement

Machine took my $2 coin and did not register that i had put it in.. after reading other reviews seems like a common problem that won’t be acknowledged by owner.. pressure washer hose was leaking water from fitting directly at me and left me wet afterwards.. high pressure soap took over a minute to kick in and was barely soapy… won’t be back.*Edit* Reply to owner: I’m not going to go to the trouble of calling a number for a $2 coin.. my coin was not faulty btw but shouldn’t faulty coins be returned through the return slot anyway, from other reviews this is a very common problem here.Correct but it obviously was not maintained because it was broken when i got there..?Wow.. people like me? Fancy blaming the customer for a bad experience at YOUR carwash… guess it’s my fault you’re machine ate my coin… like i said, won’t be back.. and advise all to stay away.

The car wash area is decent but the tiles are damaged. Everytime I try to pressure wash my carpet on the wall, the paint on the back of the wall sticks to my carpet. There is also garbage in the area

Don't waste your money here, they're a scam. Very poorly kept. More than half of the vacuums don't work. Fragrance machine don't work either, but all machines are happy to take your money. Wasted a lot of money here. Obviously it's not manned, so there is no one to talk to or so something about it. Would definitely recommend to go somewhere else!

Pretty good to have a 24h car wash in the area! Easy to work with!Two things to improve:- some of the buttons of the device do not work, esp. tire/engine wash- check the hoses! some have leakage!

Once again I used the dog wash at plenty rd car wash and paid $10 to wash my dog with plain water because all the shampoo and conditioner was empty. This happens every other time I use this dog was . I will never use this service again.

Very happy with my weekly laser wash, and if I have any problems, very quickly rectified by Andy who is very happy to help solve any problems.

Half way through cleaning my car, tried to top up using Apple Pay and would not take payment. Very frustrating despite trying two different payment methods. Last time I went vaccum didn’t work either after taking my coins. Won’t be returning to this car wash again. Too unreliable.

Bays need to be more frequently maintained. Every time iv gone here (weekends mainly) the bays have been filled with mud and dirt from all the 4wds.

Did an ok job but there was still some dirty and dust on the car afterwards. Convenient location, easy to get in and out etc.At least the ultimate wash was only $17. I've paid much more at other places and got the same results.
