The showroom is immaculate and really well set out. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The manager, Daniel, gave us great advice and took the time to help review our bathroom floor plan and product selection and make suggestions on items we planned to purchase. He was really professional, friendly and efficient. Very happy with the service at Highgrove Bathrooms.

This morning we had our shower glass 2.1m x 1100 delivered. It was a miracle that it arrived whole. The glass had as protection a very thin cardboard wrapping only...not a piece of bubble wrap or any other sort of packing in sight. Even to get this out of the truck, the cardboard disintegrated.Given that it weighs just over 60kg, it was inadequate by any standards.I think this company is competitive financially but they let themselves down badly in their packing.The channels for the glass were wrapped roughly in glad wrap.I am not sure the saving in dollars is worth the risk.

We are renovating and knew nothing about purchasing bathroom bits and pieces but upon entering Highgrove Plumbing Hobart we spoke with Vic and explained what we were doing. He then showed us the displays and advised which product would be suitable for our requirements, such as shower screens, vanity units, mirrors, taps, shower heads, toilets plus all the bits required to put them together. Vic's knowledge was amazing, the best part was we were able to see what we were purchasing with all their displays. We could touch the surfaces, open cupboards etc. and get a good feel for the products. Also the prices were more than competitive than other places we had investigated. Vic said he could also deliver our purchases, which he did! Thank you, Vic, for making our renovations so much easier! I thoroughly recommend Highgrove Plumbing Hobart. Thank you!
