They gave my sweet cavoodle an absolutely horrible haircut that took a lot of work to get fixed, and obviously didn’t treat him well because the next time I took him to our regular amazing groomers he was so scared (he’s always loved and been incredibly amazing at the groomers). Definitely not good value for money either. Will never bring my baby back here.

Terrible! They cancelled my appointments 2 times in 3 weeks. On the day of the latest appointment I had still not had any confirmation to whether the new appointment was going ahead or to whether they could still could groom one or both my dogs. Called all morning with no answer, when I arrived I waited in the waiting room and my phone vibrated in my pocket.. the lady came around the corner eventually and stated that because I was 1minute over their cancellation time policy (10minutes) they wont groom my dogs. She said she even sent a text to cancel the appt (the one i felt in my pocket) .Even though I explained I have been calling all day and have been waiting in the waiting room she refused to groom my dogs.She was a very rude and awful lady... would not recommend this place to anyone

Very happy. They live up to their name. They paid a lot of attention to detail. We will be back!

Thank you so much Gorgeous Grooming for making Buddy look absolutely magnificent! It was Buddy’s first visit to here, after having a bad visit elsewhere. I was very pleased when I picked Buddy up to see how caring the team was towards him, and how tangle-free, soft and happy he was after his groom. Very professional, caring and genuine team!

Amazing! My husky looked like a movie star after his visit to Gorgeous Grooming. We will be back for sure!

These lady’s are so talented in their craft, the precision and balance and care to detail is amazing! We have a schnauzer and they created the shape perfectly. We will be back for sure and highly recommend Gorgeous grooming!

This place is disgusting I had Molly book in but Savannahs gorgeous groomers said she was in touch with my other groomer and she did want molly to groom the reason why is she can’t groom Cavoodles as you can see the other reviews.before molly was cancelled I went over to her premises and had a look it was disgusting and dirty.

Absolutely love my experience with this team. Always welcomed with a smile and my dog is always happy to see the girls! 10/10 recommend them and love their work
