Charmaine has been amazing since becoming our property manager. Charmaine takes on all feedback and is very quick to resolve any issues that arise and gets the job done in a timely manner and she also follows up with you which is something I have not been use to. I believe Charmaine is a great asset to The Hodges team.

Charmaine, What an absolute amazing lady! Charmaine has made our extremely stressful situation turn into a positive from the word get go. We had to book for an inspection for a property on Saturday 11th September. After arriving to the property in Lara and spending time walking around and looking at all the features of the property, we approached the agent to ask about placing an offer. We then where told that the property was already sold !. What a waste of time. Couldn't you have the courtesy to call the people who booked to come for the inspection and let them know (me including) that the property was sold prior to the inspection ? You had all our contact details.

Recently I have changes my house to Corio and get in touch with Hodges realestate and man these guys were really making a difference. From moving into house to getting in touch with clients Hodges staff is very professional and full of patience. I would like to mention Rob and chandler O brien as both of these guys were incredible and doing their job in a complete professional way. The entire process of moving in was super quick and smooth as silk and not only these guys organised a fresh grass cut but their feedback system is keeping an eye that the job is done in a proper way.
