We were lucky to get Matt on board to help us renovate our studio near Lismore after it was flooded in Feb 2022. Matt consulted with us to help prioritise which work was needed to get it back better than before, including excavating drainage around the exterior, ripping up damaged decking and installing a new finished concrete verandah. Matt also organised for new plumbing fittings to help with drainage, and cleaned and refloored the interior. At a time when it was difficult to get any tradespeople, Matt's communication with us and other subcontractors was fantastic - very professional and kept the project moving. Matt was excellent in keeping us informed of costs and options to make sure we were on-budget throughout. He's also just a really nice guy. Will be definitely getting him back again for more work.

I can highly recommend Matt Innes for his reliability and the high quality of his work. He exceeded my expectations. He kept me informed of the work progress and was always trustworthy.He rehabilitated a storage area under our house which had bricks laid on clay and bare clay walls. His results were outstanding.
