Kiel and Co Development

We were lucky enough to purchase 2 of the factory units at 115-125 Corio Quay rd North Geelong from Kiel and Co Developer .I have personally been involved within the building industry for over 30 years and l must say how impressed l have been with the above development . Within 12-13 months they started the site cut and Build of approx 50 factory units ranging in all sizes was finished, which under current building situations was to say very impressive.Every single day over the past 12 months there were between 4 and 30 trades guys on site there attention to detail was incredible not once did the cut any corners .They allowed there time for me to come onsite after setting up a time to inspect the build as it progressed . Now that the build is complete I have been into inspect what we purchased WOW quality was second to none the attention to detail again was unbelievable .Guys I would like to Thankyou you very much there is a lot of developers that make it about how much money they can make .Your development is about quality and customer satisfaction and delivering a great product ontime.Thanks again we will also be buying more Factory units from you on Separation st Geelong.thanks John
