Waited 45mins for cold burgers and chips. The burgers and chips were tasty but cold. Manager did provide a voucher but not sure I'd go back to wait for cold food.

This is a brilliant 5 star review for Big Abel the manager. Super jolly, would give santa a run for his money. Incredibly aware of his customers, I was literally just sitting waiting for my meal to be prepared when he took initiative and asked if I'd like a chilled water. He returned with a lovely cold water on ice with lemon slices.It wasn't like I was a dine in guest at all so there was literally no reason for him to serve me like this yet he did. This was going over and above the required amount of service. Huge customer service points here, just amazing.Thank you Abel

Chairs were still up and didn't look open even though it was nearly half past opening time.Not a bad wait time for food to come out.Over priced for what you get. Son said the ribs were good. Chips , wedges and onion rings are the only vegan options. Chips were dry and was supposed to have signature herb seasoning on it and it didn't.All in all very underwhelming, over priced for what you get and just not that great of a place to enjoy a meal, I guess it's more of a takeaway place.Don't see it lasting, especially when the tavern opens to be brutally honest.

Had such an amazing night out, really great service and the food was delicious. Our food came out really quickly and the table had a jug of water. Can not recommend this place enough!

I would give 0 stars but I can’t. Paid $60 for cold food. Turns out the 80 minute wait was because some of the food was ready on the bench but waiting for some of the other food. The burger was on the bench for half hour before I got given my order. I didn’t think it was mine but when I watched it go in the bag and I got given the bag i knew I was in for a treat. The pork ribs were chewy and cold. The boneless chicken wings which looks just like cut up tenders were drenched in spicy sauce when we asked for the normal bbq sauce. I’m not gunna mention the chicken cheesy fries, but I’m sure they were on the bench for half hour also.What makes it worse is that the lady serving appeared as if she was avoiding what was happening and kept going to the ice cream section. I’m sorry but if you struggling that bad. Close the ice cream bit and fix the issue in the 2 restaurants you got there making the money. The guy trying to package the orders had no idea cause the girl kept going to and from. No one had any idea what they were doing.The best part of the night was the chocolate donut I got at Woolworths while waiting for 80 minutes.

Food came out at all separate times including my youngest child's meal that came 15mins after the others. The kids chicken burger was served on a large size bun with what looked like 3 left over pieces of tiny dry chicken.

The place looked closed. Chairs still up. $19 for a nice burger but only a can of drink and tiny portion of chips with just about no seasoning. A little over priced for the quality.

Just moved out in the area decided to give it a try and was disappointed service wasn’t great didnt even know anyone was there till 10 mins after waiting got chicken tenderloins but ended up being frozen chicken like nuggets 1 of six was an actual tender chips we cooked alright but no seasoning and the wrap was suppose to be a chicken and bacon wrap but ended up being a nugget wrap aswell, Im sorry to say but I wouldn’t recommend

50 minute wait at 7 on a Monday night, and then to be given the wrong burgers is pretty dismal. I get it's a new shop, but nobody seemed to exactly be in a rush to get people their orders.25 bucks down the drain.
