Not even worth 1 star. I have never been treated so badly. My unit at flight Deck had an infestation of German cockroaches, on top of that the patio was full of rat facies. With no accommodation in port over Easter I managed to find 2 nights for myself and my daughter. My elderly mother, mother in law and husband had to sleep there and they returned home the next day. I settled in to my beautiful, clean hotel and searched elders to discover there was an after hours contact, which I had notified her of the problem, long story but she had found something much further out of the CBD and text me at 10.30pm and I was asleep. The accommodation was a house in the suburbs and wasn’t what we had paid for so I decided to return home. I have since waited 3 weeks for the Manager to return from her holiday and still had to chase up about refund. She never had the decency to call me and no one at Elders apologised for my out out of pocket cost or for our disappointment, disgusting . I will never book with them again. They treated me like a problem they didn’t want to deal with. Extremely rude and the owner Jake wouldn’t even let me fishish a sentence without speaking over the top of me and you guessed it, no apology there either.

Pathetic service. They keep postponing stuff to the next day.My wife and I have been trying to pursue them to help us with a video inspection (since we are currently in Melbourne) for the last one week and have not received close to enough support.Every time there is a new person picking up the phone and we have to describe everything all over again. There is no way to speak with the property manager and they never call back.This only makes me wonder how the experience would be if we end up living in a property managed by them.Stay away from them by all means!

Tarym kept us informed during the whole process with excellent advice. She was successful in acquiring a great tenant.
