Just went to Amcal to pick up a script and wanted to leave a review commending Nicole on her professionalism and customer service. I unfortunately witnessed her being treated very poorly by a customer who raised their voice aggressively to her and Nicole remained calm and respectful throughout the entire interaction. Really good effort! I have faith in this chemist if people like Nicole are working there.

Giving a review at a pharmacy is something that I have never done or thought about but you guys have it all going on Your service is on point your shop is clean And it is always nice walking in there so much different than other pharmacies It's just easier with you guys so thank you again

I never thought I would review a chemist but the customer service, advice and overall experience was so good I felt I needed to. I was there last Sunday night, June 12 and the 2 girls and the Pharmacist there was the best service I had ever had. They had an answer to every question I had but the part that blew me away was I was there for my sick son and needed some hydralite ice blocks and they switched one out for an already frozen one so he could have one straight away! Highly recommend!!

So convenient, really nice gift ideas and candles/soap. Open great hours and always heaps of staff. Pharmacists always helpful and always happy polite staff.

Nearest pharmacy in far north Queensland I’ve ever been to the staff are rude and they lie and they deliberately mess with my prescription. Don’t get medical cannabis from here: They mess with you, bad. and they’re totally bad people. All the staff are in on it.

Appalling service. Pharmacist talked to customer in front of me for a few minutes then told me he had to go and serve a few other people, who hadn’t been there as long as me. I only wanted him to hand me a bottle of baby paracetamol which was directly next to his hand. Waited 5minutes for someone else to hand me the bottle then waited FIFTEEN MINUTES, in a queue of 8 others to pay. Two teenager staff were trying to serve one customer but seemed like they had never served someone before (definitely hadn’t been trained) I left empty handed. My teething baby has no paracetamol (it is Sunday and nowhere nearby open) Dreadful servive, appaling oversight by the adult staff and obvious cost-cutting in employing teen kids to do a job they hadn’t been trained for. I have never written a review for a pharmacy but this one takes the biscuit and needs to be named and shamed.

I have filled scripts for my child at this pharmacy for 1-2 years and my experience has always been great. Earlier this year my after my daughters hospital admission and going to collect the first fill of new medications for her, I was met with kindness and a small comment from the pharmacist “it must be really hard we hope you are okay.” This small comment actually meant a great deal during a very difficult time for our family. We are in the middle of relocating to another suburb but will continue to use the pharmacy based on the genuine kindness and helpfulness of the team here! Gift in particular does an outstanding job.

5 stars for the customer service and friendly helpful staff expect for the guy who looks like Penn from Penn and teller, my wife and I have both talked to him over the phone on separate occasions and he was very rude and dissmisive to both of us. So he could not of just been having a one off bad day. But if that guy didn't work there then that place would be flawless
