Had a great experience purchasing an e-bike from SEB Parramatta. The guys there are knowledgeable and friendly. And the communication is great and fast with other staff across the SEB stores able to set and respond to texts. Highly recommend these guys. And loving our new cargo e-bike.

SEB Parramatta were very helpful and professional in organising two bikes for us. The bikes were couriered up to us in Lithgow with no problems. Arrived here fully built and in good nick.

I stumped the boys with a disability scooter with a broken throttle . After many phone calls and messages to the local agency it was fixed . The boys where polite and kept me up to date all the way along . Thank You Sheldon and Arup.

The shop may have just open recently, and there may not have been as many small equipment available as I like, but the customer service has been exceptional.Sheldon is not only patient, but also very polite. He knows how to treat his customer right and explain to you what advantages and disadvantages the bikes you might like. The Sydney Electric Bikes team really wants you to have the bike you would actually like and not regret, so giving everyone a chance to try out any of their bikes in their shop so that you would be happy is excellent is my book.I have only been to two of their shops so that's what I have gathered when I visited and bought a bike In their shop.The bikes are also great quality, been riding one for a month now and so far I have no problem with it. It's quite comfortable too compared to when I was riding an electric scooter.

Anup and Sheldon are amazing! I went in to buy a folding bike which in hind site would have been a big mistake. They took the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the different styles of ebikes and most importantly they let me ride about 5 bikes so I could experience the differences for myself. Buying an eBike is a serious purchase so I'm so glad I walked out with something I'm going to enjoy over a long period of time. Thanks again guys! Kurt

Sheldon and Anup take the time to listen to your needs so you find the e-bike just right for you!What really sets the shop apart is the ongoing service & friendly advice they offer after you have left the store.

We had looked around a few bike shops and although Parramatta wasn't our closest option we found parking easy and convenient places to trial various bikes. Anup and Sheldon could not have been more obliging, helpul and very knowledgeable without any pressure which made for an enjoyable experience for a couple of novices like us. Thoroughly recommend this business as they listen to your ebike wish list and price range and clearly annunciate your options.
