Feedback: Harbour Town StoreOn the 1/10/22 I requested an item. The lady in store - Lauren said she did not have it but can see there is one in the system and therefore can get it sent to the Robina store. All I had to do was make payment. I made payment left her my details and then did not hear anything back. I proceeded to call both the Robina and Harbour Town stores who informed me they could not locate this order, unfortunately I misplaced my receipt. I finally found it and then today 4/11/22 called the Harbour Town store. I spoke to Helen who informed me: 1. We do not send items to other stores. 2. I have found the item and you can come into store to pick up. She continuously told me about the policy which is absolutely useless considering Lauren's actions in the first place. If it was not possible to transfer the stock that's fine but it was promised to myself that it could be done. Also no communication was received when Harbour Town finally located the item. I am so furious with the customer service received and you can be certain I will never shop with Bed Bath and Table again.

Friendly helpful staff, well stocked and priced store

Good stock, but the staff here are appalling. My mum was opening towels to see the patterns and folding them up and putting them back and the sales assistant told her to look at the pictures rather than open them up because she spends all day folding towels! She was so upset by the incident she asked me to leave a review which is so not like her. If anyone reads these comments, it doesn't cost you anything to be nice to people... particularly the ones that are purchasing from your store!!!!

Lots of different styles and the staff was super friendly.Although my first few choices in color and style wasn't in stock in the size I wanted. Staff member was patient with me and we eventually found something I liked.Price was OK and was more or less what I was prepared to spend on bed sheets.

I had a lovely staff member who listened to my question about finding stock. However, this older staff member which I have now dealt with twice is very rude and unhelpful.

I love the brand but the staff who attended to me today at 13:00 is very racist to me. She is talking in a weird manner and she treats me as if I do not understand english because I am Asian. So rude and unprofessional.

Liked that I got just the right amount of attention; acknowledgement at entry and then left alone to browse. Walked in with not really much intention; but bought 2 sets of good quality, bargain priced pillow cases. I think that BB'NT have certain lines not found at other stores - Morgan and Finch. Made a note on my calendar to shop for Xmas gifts here; Everyone needs good pillowcases. Staff were polite and professional, and the lady serving took the time to show me another set which I bought as well as the one I took to the desk.

The lady who appeared to be the manager had a really poor attitude, not only towards fellow staff members but towards customers as well. I don't often go online to write negative reviews but if this was my business I was certainly want to know. In customer service there is no second chance to make a good first impression so there is never an excuse to be treating people the way she did. I won't be shopping there again.

Big fan of the constant sales on bed sheet sets and the range of choice here. Quite often I'll come through for a duvet cover and leave with a whole sheet set or two, and something I didn't think I wanted like a picnic basket!

Good prices and products but dismal customer service - really poor. Eye contact with the customer & a smile is always appreciated as is not nearly grunting a greeting, the total price or the 'have a nice day '.
