Hubby and I celebrated our wedding at Paradise Cove back in September. It was an incredible day and Sophie and Courtney were on-hand to help with absolutely anything we needed throughout the day. Being a destination wedding for us, trying to plan a wedding from Brisbane was sometimes stressful. But, Sophie's help was always appreciated. We searched and searched for the perfect venue for our intimate seaside wedding and were so glad we chose PC. It's expensive and you have to organise and pay for all of your vendors on top of it (it's like a blank canvas), which was the only downside. Came in much more than what we originally anticipated because of this, and we only had 16 people in total and were very basic with certain things. However, if you're looking for privacy, great service, a relaxed environment where you have the flexibility you want and a destination that you will look back on for years to come, PC is for you. We do not regret our decision. Having access to a bridal villa, a separate 2 bed villa for guests, the main house, pool area, beach and much more meant we could spend the day as we wished. We couldn't have asked for a more amazing location for our wedding.

The perfect getaway stunning views and the accomodation is just amazing. From the moment we landed at the resort until our departure the staff where unbelievably helpful and friendly. You can relax by the fire pit at night take in the night stars. Lounge by the Bali style pool during the day. With incredible beaches scattered across 74 of the Whitsundays islands, this one isn't going to stay below most tourists' radar for long.Whitehaven beach is a must in anyone bucket list.Julie and the team are fantastic hostess and the crew where super helpful we will be back to this slice of paradise.

I cannot talk more highly of the experience. Even if you went with a bunch of anti social complete misanthropes, between the venue, the activities and the Super friendly staff, who were never too busy to answer a stupid question, and always knew some little tidbit of information to get you curious about what was going on, you will have an amazing time. If you get a good bunch of people going, you will have a blast. None of us wanted to leave, and felt like crying when we said goodbye to the crew and each other. Magical experience. Will absolutely be back again!

Great for Backpackers! The snorkels and beaches were absolutely gorgeous. Between the high speed boat and the Dramamine I was able to avoid sea sickness. We stayed in the Rain Forest retreat and thought it was well worth it. We flew in early via the sea plane and had the whole resort to ourselves for about three hours before the other guests arrived. We loved our private beach and outdoor shower. The resort manager went out of his way and even bought my wife a birthday cake. Thank you!Jeff, the new resort manager, also showed us the Dream Villa which looked really nice as well. I think the upgrade is well worth it.The boat and resort staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The resort itself is really nice. It’s luxury resort owned by a rich guy and he started leasing it to Red Cat two years ago when he’s not using it his six weeks of the year. The resort is beginning to show some wear and tear. The light in our outdoor shower was out which is tough in the dark. Other guests shared that lights in the Dream Villa were out as well. They were told that there was only one electrician in the whole area worked on that electrical system and he hadn’t been out to fix the lights since they went out last year. The place is mostly staffed by backpackers who exchange work for a room and food. When they’re not working they all huddle together on their phones in the common area. Our bed cover still had lipstick and stains from someone else’s “good time” in that bed.The food was decent but extremely basic. Breakfast was toast, cereal, fruit and instant coffee. They’re missing a protein like boiled eggs or yogurt. Lunch is bread, pasta, tortillas along with fixings to make sandwiches. The first dinner is a cheap fish on potatoes and on the second night rice and curry. Lots of carbs with little opportunity for greens. Meanwhile you can see and smell the staff’s better food like the bacon, eggs, yogurt, and spinach smoothies they prepare themselves and eat in the same common area. I think this sends the wrong message to the guests. The snacks provided did not including spoons for the dips or plates. This meant many of the backpacker guests just used their unwashed hands to grab a handful of chips and then double dipped. After being in the ocean all day and not bothering to wash hands this felt very unhygienic. We figured the staff didn’t want to set out extra plates or scooping spoons since it likely meant more dishes for them. The last night was a giant pool party that continued until 4:00 am. It’s BYOB. We know people had a good time. Our boat guide encouraged us to jump off a ledge into the pool as long as he wasn’t there. We would have been willing to spend more money to stay here and would have appreciated an option for a longer stay. We might prefer a mid to upper tier in the future, maybe when Dream Island opens again later this year.Ultimately we recognize that we probably aren’t the bread and butter customer (backpackers) that Wild Cat is used to serving. Overall we found it a great experience and value if you can overlook the food, hygiene, and deferred maintenance. There was an emphasis on having a “good time”.

Incredible venue! Surrounded by 1000's of acres of bushland and wildlife. The palm trees fall away into the ocean and there are copious activities to enjoy including tennis court, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and top 10 bath house in the world!!! The villas are beautiful with a Balinese feel and Africal style decor. The resort it part of an amazing whitsundays and resort package called Ride to Paradise or you can hire it exclusively for Weddings and Events

Paradise Cove is just that! What a unique and incredible place. From the pool, to the private beach to the outdoor showers in the rainforest, every part of it is spectacular at every time of the day.Was a business retreat for 3 days and shalnt be soon forgotten. Many thanks to the owners and Redcat for their spectacular hospitality!

An amazing stay, there is literally nothing bad I can say about this place. We stayed 2 nights with at the resort with the Ride to Paradise tour. The rooms were spotless, the beds were the most comfortable beds I've had in months and there was loads of activities. The location is amazing and staff is incredibly friendly. This was the best tour I've done all throughout the east coast of Australia.

The beautiful location! Corners to relax and enjoy this paradise! Very nice and spacious garden.Take a hot bath in the middle of nature is something magnificent !!!The food they offer is very good, disappointed a bit from breakfast ..The staff is very kind and nice! The location could be cleaner in some places.I put 4 stars because I had reserved a room just for me (paying more), but they put me in a room with 4 other people. You are justified by saying that you have to be in pairs to have a private room.I suggest to specify it at the time of booking, for correctness. However THANK YOU is a holiday that I will carry in my heart forever!

The entire experience was out of this world. Situated in a fabulous setting, paradise cove is a place I would reccomend to anyone looking for a peaceful place or a good opportunity to reconnect with yourself. The rooms are clean and comfortable with loads of spots around the resort to relax, take in the view, with the beach on your doorstep what more would a person want

Went with Red cat sailing adventures to Ride To Paradise, stayed 2 nights at the Paradise Cove resort which was absolutely perfect. Spotless, incredible food, the most comfortable bunk bed I've ever slept in. The staff was helpful and friendly. No doubt that this is the best guided tour I've had in my trip to Australia. We were taken to the Whitehaven beach and some snorkeling spots. Loved it and definitely recommend it!!!!!
