Eight Willows Retreat
What a lovely place to stay. Beautiful rooms and fully equipped. So quiet and peaceful with lovely views of the vineyards. The bed is very comfortable. Rooms 20 and 21 are well located.

Had my sisters wedding here. The chalets were great and fully equipped. The ceremony/reception were beautifully organised and catered for. An exceptional location on the lake and an elegant setting inside the function room. A shout out to Carly for coordinating that and thr service was amazing. Couldnt not recommend this place more.

My wife and I got married here over the weekend and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. The whole team at Eight Willows went above and beyond to help us create such a memorable occasion. Carly is absolutely fantastic and made sure everything ran smoothly right up to last minute changes. The accommodation is to die for, from the comfort of the beds to the views regardless of which chalet you stay in. Our guests were blown away and many including us have said we will definitely be back. Thank you again team.

My husband and I got married in a intimate, low key ceremony last week at the bush chapel. Our day was just magical. Our family and friends stayed at Eight Willows and all commented on how lovely the accommodation was. Our room had a beautiful view over the lake, bathroom was lush and room had everything we needed. The Residence for our reception was just perfect! Carly was very helpful with any questions I had and helped the day run smoothly. Was the perfect venue for our special day :)

After we made the booking at eight willows iconic lake facing room no 2 king spa chalet, we managed to get an extention till 11am check out via email. On our arrival, staff verbally confirmed 1 hour extension till 12 noon checkout on condition after calling and confirming 2 hours prior of checkout. On the day of check out we called up the reception at 10am which was addressed by the accomadation manager who refused to give a late checkout and asked us to leave by 10am. I made her clear the email confirmation for 11 am checkout and later a verbal confirmation for 12 noon checkout, which she refused to grant and insited to leave at 10.15am. A family of 2 adult 2 kids cannot make up a checkout within that 15 minutes which I insisted, as a result she granted another 15 minutes. She was very rude from the initial conversation itself and kept insisting what she said earlier. We were really impressed with the resort, rooms, location and 1st day of service from the reception. Our experience was ruined just b'coz of the accomadation manager' s unacceptabl conversation.

A 2 night stay with my family (4 adults) in this little sanctuary was just enough to feel replenished and refreshed but still left me wanting to stay a couple nights more. The beds in our 2 King Chalet are so good and the location is very tidy. The resort is in between Yallingup and Margaret River with about a 20min drive in different directions, which was close enough for a drive but further enough to have some peace and quiet. There were a couple wedding functions held during my stay, this place looks quaint and lovely for a wedding. I do, however, wish we booked a chalet with a spa/bath! Would've been amazing. Thanks for having us!

We got married here mid week this week. The venue is incredible. We really love the bush retreat feeling, and it's exactly what we were looking for when picking a venue.Part of us choosing this location was the ability to have everything in the one place, especially for our interstate guests.Thank you to Carly, who was our coordinator. She made the whole process easy, ensuring the day ran smoothly. This allowed us to relax and not worry about coordinating our vendors while getting ready. All of our guests commented about how gorgeous the venue is and what an amazing day our wedding was.We can't wait to come back and stay here again.

We recently got married at eight willows retreat. It was absolutely fantastic. The Bush Chapel is just such a perfect place to get married. Especially for us and our small wedding party. Carly was absolutely amazing from start to finish and went above and beyond for us.Eight willows is such a stunning venue, and our photos are just absolutely stunning. Carly, we can't thank you enough for filming the ceremony for my family who couldn't be there and huge thank you to Mary, who was amazing all evening serving us drinks. We were a small intimate wedding but that didn't matter to any of the staff. We were treated equally as important as if we were a massive wedding. Everyone went above and beyond. From the lawn games for the younger ones to keep them occupied to taking evening photos and making the day magical and perfect. Thank you all so much for giving us such a perfect day. And thank you for keeping our date, and giving us the most magical day, considering covid postponed us coming over for 2 years. 28.12.22Amanda, Graeme, Leah, Sophia and Skye

We have just finished a wonderful stay at Eight Willows, we were sad to leave and wish we booked longer. The chalets are very comfortable. Bed is comfortable and shower is great, love the large fluffy towels. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, there is no cafe/restaurant on site. Recommend the IGA and butcher at Margaret River for your supplies. Our fav places to eat Miki Kitchen at Margaret River and Glenarty Road wines, about 30 mins away, their farm feast is amazing. We'll be back for longer.
