Very helpful crew, put together a tool kit for our Hiace quickly, and were helpful finding the right tow hook for our big van. Also installed a new tail light unit as we waited, friendly people too!

Do not use this company they are scammers. They sell you parts that are not compatible to your car, knowingly and then refuse to take them back, They don’t know what parts they have or which types of Toyotas they come off, they are playing a guessing game. They are rude, unhelpful and they know they are scamming you. They don’t answer your questions straight up they are very evassive with their answers.Do not use them they are a rip off. I can’t stress how bad they are, I am currently in dispute with them through consumer affairs and will look at legal action also. That’s how bad they areDo not use these guys

Fantastic customer service. I got a parts but my mechanic was not happy. So I bring back here. There was not on the shelf but one of staff spent half an hour to remove the parts from a vehicle. Very helpful and positive. Price is bit dearer but good collection.
