Faulty product and extremely poor customer service. Don’t waste your money here. Please buy from another store. I have bought new bed for $1200 from them and when we received the delivery bed rail was manufactured faulty. Called soo many time since morning but no response . After they said they will only fix it and can’t return my money. They told that they will assess it and put new bolts in it on another spot. Which will make it more worse. They refused to refund as it was opened from box because. They lied that someone called us to discuss the issue but no one actually call. The argue on the phone and say we can make complaints nobody cares. Bad bad bad service.

Great experience! Recently brought my first home and was feeling overwhelmed by everything needing to be purchased. The sales assistant was super helpful and made the experience really enjoyable. The furniture was delivered to my house and the delivery guys were awesome.

If I could award less than one star I would.I ordered a sofa from the Mile End store which was delivered 13/12/22. Sofa was faulty, the frame was so twisted it would not sit straight on the floor. Warehouse manager advised the delivery guys to bring it back to the warehouse.After waiting 2 days with no contact from the store, I called them to find out what was happening, store knew nothing about it. He enquired and got back to me, advising a new sofa would be ordered and delivered the following week. As I would be away that week for Xmas, he advised me to call when I returned. I did. Only to be told that salesman no longer worked there, and he knew nothing about it. So that salesman enquired & advised he would order an new one to be delivered the following week.Two weeks later and I have heard nothing. Called the store to request a refund as I no longer want to deal with them. Salesman advised he wasn't authorised to give a refund and he would pass my details onto the State Manager, to contact me.Have heard nothing. Have called their HO number, it rings out with no answer.Have emailed their 'Customer Service people but am not hopeful of a reply.Save yourself the trouble

I purchased a lounge (3 seater and 2 seater) and the extra warranty from Focus On Mile End. It is now 1 year old and I'm still very happy with my purchase. The customer service I received was excellent. The staff were very helpful in answering all my questions and were accurate on their wait time.

You’re always greeted with a warm smile and welcome at Mile End. The staff are friendly and helpful and not pushy and in your face. Payton was amazing! She was patient and polite and we were able to have a joke and a laugh. Would highly recommend this store. The customer service is next level.

Mile End Store - SA. A pleasant sales experience but a very poor delivery and after sales service. A standard upstairs delivery was not completed. A dismissive attitude was received from the store manager to reasonable requests for a resolution. I am still awaiting a call back for a resolution.

Low quality and faulty products. Terrible customer service and rude staff. Don't waste your money here!I bought a timber dining table from here and had to throw it out after first ever use as it remained many stains as a result of putting a glass of water on it!!!Customer service and staff blamed me for inappropriate use!
