The technician Michael did a fantastic job getting my alternator replaced and got me back on the road super fast. Great price and service. I would thoroughly recommend Omega.

I have been there for Aircon ReGas.The aircon is same as it was before regas.Paid $100 for nothing.Will need to regas from somewhere else which will cost me another $100.This was my first and last time at Omega.

Rang and spoke with someone at Omega and was upfront with an urgent same day repair I needed diagnosed and repaired and asked if he could assist. I gave my opinion of what I believe the issue was as I was a mechanic many years ago but just do not have the tools or time to do the repairs myself. I was told to bring the car down shouldn't be a problem which I told my wife to do. My wife was met with the most arrogant unperceptive and aggressive person she had ever dealt with and after an exchange of words was told if her husband was such an expect to do the repairs himself. My wife took back her keys and drove away. Never could or would recommend this repair shop.

Been going to Michael for many years, last service July, 2022.Call in today to book in for service, to be advised that Michaelhas sold the business, thanks for the heads up mate. Now where do we go. Nobody in the area I would trust.Good form - maybe a text to all your existing customers would have been great.

I've been using Omega for years. Mike is always knowledgeable and you never walk away feeling you have been ripped of unlike so many others out there. If you're looking for an honest upfront mechanic, I would highly recommend them.

I'd just like to give a huge thank's to Michael at Omega for looking after me with the issue I had with my car. He diagnosed the engine problem I had (which the dealership couldn't) and had it fixed and running like new in a couple of days. I'll definitely be bringing my car and work cars here from now on.

In our opinion Michael was great but has since sold the business. As for the new owner a very poor start not looking after past customers. Michael and Joe built their business on trust, that's all gone now. We rang the the new owner and asked for a rego check for my elderly fathers car. Dad is 97 years old and been going to Omega since they opened. The new owner told me to come over the next day after 10 Am. The next morning we arrived there at 10.30 Am and was told to come back later in an hour or so. We live 35 minutes away. No apology no reason. Just not practical for and elderly man & his carer. We left and got the rego done else where straight away. So Omega is now off the list as a car repairer for our family. What a shame. You would think the new owner would be working hard to keep the past customers but obviously not.

Got my car serviced today, was great service as usual. Michael is always polite friendly and very knowledgeable. He is happy to listen while you explain what you think the problem is (not always easy to translate lol).Also works with me to book in my appointments which I was especially grateful for when my clutch went.Not easy to find a mechanic that is honest knowledgeable and won’t rip you off.Highly recommend this company!
