Had them come check out our faulty dishwasher (were able to fit us in 2 days after) Arrived on time, quick diagnosis and a call back that afternoon with a cost to fix. Very good service and have been around for years - they know their stuff and can be trusted!

not happy at all!This service is a complete con and they should tell you outright that if your dishwasher isn't worth over $2000, don't bother to engage their service! For $170 call out fee, the guy was here for 10 minutes and basically pushed a few buttons and told us the filter was not clean (which I only just cleaned) and that both our machines are working again we just weren't using the right setting.After they were both on for half an hour, they had exactly the same fault as before. We called again to get them back, and that nothing was solved. They sent out another guy who should be in retirement just by the way he treated me (or i'm sure any female), and started our interaction by telling me he was unable to remove his muddy shoes after a downpour to go trapesing through my house. His demeanour completely changed when my husband walked in the door who was made aware of how he was speaking down to me.Basically if it's not a button they can press, or a filter they can clean, they won't actually touch it or take it out to properly check what could be the issue. You will be charged about $100+ delivery to take the dishwasher to and from their workshop for a proper check, and then a dollar fee per time spent.We were told we needed a new part which will cost $419 in addition to all the other costs. which is half the value of our 4 year old dishwasher.Being environmentally conscious, rather than buy a new dishwasher, I was hoping to pay someone to come out, service our machine and give it another year or two.We received costs that equated to the price of a new dishwasher and no 'real service' that resulted in any way in a repair.This service is an absolute con, and unless you have a top of the range super expensive dishwasher, you should be given the courtesy of being told that their 'service' will be of no value to you as it is just an easy money spinner for them,WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Fantastic service. Managed to find the fault with my dishwasher when others had failed and repaired it to good as new condition. Great communication too, but most importantly, they know what they are doing and they do it very well.

Left an email explaining my issue and received a prompt call back. Technician arrived on time and identified and fixed problem efficiently as well as kindly levelling up the washing machine. I'm always happy with the service from this long established and trustworthy company.

Had an issue with my Technika oven, call out fee $140 (not even here for an hour)Advised Mode switch faulty and I asked for oven door hinges to be replaced as oven door did not shut properlyGiven a quote for $477.00 to replace parts and repair and was quoted $149.00 for mode switch and $89 for EACH hinge.I contacted Technika as I have previously ordered parts myself and asked for a quote on the parts required to repair my oven.I was quoted $55.50 for the mode switch (was going to be charged $149) and $41.38 per hinge (was going to be charged $89 per hinge). There was also a $20 delivery fee from Technika.Resulting in a proposed labour/travel fee of $318.74Contacted the business and asked them to review my quote given the written quote I had, as I felt it was appallingly overpriced..Business not prepared to review their charges so I advised I would order the parts myself and get someone else to instal the parts (I would have been happy to continue with this mob if they’d reviewed their pricing given the information and written quote I had.)I do not like to be ripped off and recommend that you price your own parts before committing to this business repairing anything.Disappointing when you try to support a local business and they’re greedy- some mark up I would have tolerated, but not this degree of mark up

I rang to get someone to attend our house to fix the dishwasher. Graham, himself, answered the phone and gave me advice re cleaning the dishwasher spigot, which I did. The dishwasher was sorted and I thought this is the place if ever I need someone in the future for appliances. Honesty is an excellent attribute to have in business and this was an outstanding example. When I'm looking for appliance repairs in the future this is the business I'll contact.

Graeme's team did a great job sorting a dishwasher that went working. We like to have all the appliances checked and working before selling and Graeme looked after us with this one. Thanks guys. See you on the next one

The only appliance repair centre I would trust. These guys have been around for years. I have been dealing with them for about 30 years now. All work is guaranteed and with an accurate diagnosis and quote to bring your appliance back to fully functional condition. Laurie keeps things running in the background and is a wealth of information. Give these guys a call when your appliance needs repairs, you will not be disappointed.

Given an appointment time that wasnt convenient in the first place as it meant we needed to take time of work to be there (cost me money)What made it worst is they then didn't attend the service appointment.therefore a complete waste of time and money.Then to add further insult no apology when I called to follow up; All he could say was Dont know what happened" Really what a jokeAbsolute lack of professionalismtoo arrogant for my liking"

Arrived on time. Ron was polite, attentive, fixed the machine, had excellent knowledge of the brand (speed queen) and offered good advice to us about ongoing maintenance.
