Techniblock - Melbourne - Underpinning, Screwpiling, Screw Piles

I engaged them approximately one year ago and the end result after all of their work has been fantastic. The floors are level, cracks have closed, doors open and shut properly again and we feel happy that our house no longer looks derilict. Techniblock delivered on what they promised from the start and also came in under budget on their original quote. I highly recommend them to anyone out there in need of their services.

Very professional all round. Rob was very thorough and honest with his analysis. The crew that performed the task were courteous and helpful. If you require foundations maintenance, go straight to these guys. My house will now be OK for at least the next century (the foundations anyway).

Date of commencement of work: 15 June (completed within the week, excluding rain delays)From the first phone call through to follow-up after completion of the work, everyone was excellent. Brett, Scott, Rob and Mandy were diligent, professional, and knowledgable. Very fast turnaround visiting the site to quote the job, with problem areas associated with the house clearly identified and clearly explained. Arrived on date and time to commence work. Brett was very communicative on the job, keeping me well informed on progress and took care around the worksite. Very happy with the outcome.

Techniblock have just completed underpinning the front wall of our 1880's terrace. All the staff on site and managers were great communicators, stepping us through each stage of the project and taking time to explain the both the progress and next steps. The site was left clean and tidy every day, and the work was completed on time and to the quote. Great work Techniblock!

These guys were very professional from start to finish. I only wish I found them sooner....!! Rob & Scott were very thorough in their investigations and recommendations. Matt did all the hard work and was very pleasant to have on site. He always gave me the time to answer questions and explain what he was doing. I would use their services again in a heart beat.

Great admin and customer service. Guys on site were polite, friendly, neat, and cleaned up each day. The whole underpinning project was so much easier and less disruptive than I had anticipated (I was working from home while they were on site). Would definitely recommend this company.

I couldn't speak highly enough of my experience with Techniblock. I dealt with Mandy and Scott over a period of a few months for a job that was quite substantial for one of my investment properties. After multiple quotes from other companies I went with Techniblock as they were cost effective, thorough, friendly and highly communicative. My tenant also commented on the work as it was carried out and how lovely and friendly the workers were while on site at the property and with minimal disruption and inconvenience to the tenant.I was kept informed during the works as they were carried out and Scott phoned me as required when decisions needed to be made that were out of scope. Upon completion of the job, Scott returned to the site to check on it and of his own accord, went out and purchased extra top soil and back filled an area of garden that he wasnt satisfied with once the job had been completed. This cost was not passed on to me. Also, whilst the works took place, additional measures had to be taken that were not outlined in the original quote. These measures could not have been foreseen until works were underway. Scott called me straight away to explain the situation and options as to how to proceed. We agreed on the best option and I was extremely appreciative when these additional costs were not entirely passed on to me. This just shows how considerate, accommodating and genuine this company is. I would absolutely use them again (hope I never have to!) and would highly recommend them. Keep up the great work, Mandy and Scott I greatly appreciate the work you did.

Techniblock were excellent to deal with and undertook high quality work. They did everything, including all the permits/engineering reports. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
