So refreshing to come across a salesperson who doesn’t use pressure sales tactics and gives genuine expert advice (even suggested another shop that may be able to help with what I needed). Ended up buying a mattress from Jasper and haven’t slept this well in years. Would recommend.

Great experience from start to finish buying a new mattress and bedframe. Extremely friendly and helpful staff - shout out to Chris who took us through the different samples in the showroom after asking us a few questions about what we were after. He was very kind and genuine, as well as super thorough and very knowledgeable about the products offered. I also really appreciated that he was conscious of budget and presented a wide range of prices/options for my husband and I to look at.The team (Daniel & Justin - apologies if I got those names wrong!) who delivered and set up the bed were friendly, prompt, efficient, and respectful of our space.If you're in the market for a new bed and you want professional, yet approachable service (and quality products, of course), definitely visit the team at Bedshed Nunawading.Oh, and the bed is SUPER comfy too!

We looked at a lot of mattresses today, until we step into Beds n Dreams. Christina is very professional and warm, introduced every style for us. Oskar is very helpful as well. We got our dream mattress finally! Happy for this!

When you are buying from bed shed, take in consideration that they are a franchise that will not service you if you buy in a different location. Spare parts service is not great and while the quality of the bed is good, the spare parts are a pain to find and not even standard. They won’t even service you onsite if you bought the bed somewhere else from bed shed.

All staff very friendly and thoroughly informed me of my mattress choices. Did not pressure me and encouraged me to try each mattress. Delivery men just so kind and pleasant. Would recommend your business to everyone. The jam was a lovely personal touch too supporting another small business.

Beware of non standard bed frame sizesRecently bought a King single bed from Bedshed Nunawading. The bed turned out to be of a non standard size. Nobody mentioned it to us at the time of the sale. The bed should have been of 203 cm instead it is 208.65. The standard Australian mattress leaves a one plank gap. Even if you try to hide it by putting a quilt still it leaves a big gap. The bed is nice but the usability and the look is spoilt by the non standard bed frame size.
