Star Car Wash - Ellenbrook

Thanks for damaging my car, even after I paid over $100 for what I figured would be a decent wash. This one trim piece cost me more than that. Otherwise, the car looks pretty good, but care clearly wasn't taken.

We have taken our car here many times and have previously been happy with the service (despite a few minor hiccups like giving our floor mats to someone else by mistake) the last time we went our rear wheel cover was damaged (as well as a small interior clip we were going to ignore) the rear wheel cover will have to be resprayed as it is so badly scratched. When my husband brought it to their attention he was shrugged off and told it was like that when they received the cat, which is absolutely untrue. We will not be returning to the car washUpdate: after raising my concerns I was contacted promptly by the owner, who although still maintaining they did not cause the damage did offer me a voucher as a way of rectifying the situation.

Worst car detailers I’ve ever been too.They damaged the rubbers around my windows, damaged the tints, ripped one my badges off and tried to hide it, the windows have smears all over them, half cleaned my rims then I hit them up and they covered all the dirt with tyre shine right in front of me and in general did not clean the car very well at all. Then had the audacity to still try and charge me 350$. Save yourself the hassle and do not use their services!

Returned my lost wallet in the carpark and two of the lovely car wash guys actually drove to my house and gave it to me!! THANK YOU ❤️

$105 interior cleaning…. And on top of that it took 3 hours??? Def not going back. What a waste of money and time…. Would give it a zero but can’t chose it.

I am very disappointed. We have been a regular customer with you guys for a while and never had any issues. However, today when I went to drop my car off for just a clean and vacuum (we have a new car and have been taking it there regularly to get cleaned for regular up keep as it is a work vehicle.) the worker approached us and we asked for our regular wash and vacuum “just a basic clean”. To witch he responded we cannot do a basic wash on your car as it’s far to dirty and full of dog hair. We have never had a dog in the vehicle let along any animal. He said the cheapest he could clean our car for will be $150 due to the state of it. Normally we are only charged $75. He was so rude, for $150 I could take my care else where for a full detail. It only took me 30 minutes to clean the car at home.

Just had my interior detailed and it looks absolutely amazing. I am really happy with how my car turned out. Looks better than when I bought it!!

Took both cars there on a Saturday told them they have all day to do it, I won’t be going back not a good job at all a 5 year old would do better

paid 140 and the car was still dirty on outside and windscreen not cleaned properly on inside, was told this is normal and they wouldn’t fix their laziness cleaning.. been to many other car wash who clean a lot better and not miss any spots, or if they do they fix it when I spot it out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I just used one of the pressure cleaning bays and it worked fine and everything seemed to be in good repair and how you'd expect at a self serve car wash.Decent access in and out (I was towing a small-to-medium sized plant trailer and had no problems with access.
