Being located at a convenient place, the restaurant gives a fine dine experience with its amicable and welcoming staff. The wait time is very conceivable so thats a plus, although as a personal suggestion there could be more vegetarian options on the list but the existing ones are good too. Presentation of the food is commendable and gives the authentic feeling. Dine in space is clean and tidy, keeping in maneuver the reverance of regulations relevant to the post pandemic guidelines.

Place was hard to find / in a tiny PL next to Fraser hotel and dishes tasting are average, meat dish most like 35$ per dish , Vegetables dish are 22$-28$ per dish . No side dishes like other Korean restaurants. Chef was changed and quality reduced.staff was nice but busy. I don’t understanding is why have barcode menu but can not take order on it . Have to view the barcode menu but order with staff. When owner see this , please pay more for your software. Outside restaurants had pee smell, wasn’t very nice . Restaurants entrance is messy and disorganized, hope can improve.Taste: 3/5Size:2/5Service :3/5Kids friendly 4/5Environment 3/5Toilet 2/5Lunch time waiting 3/5 not busyDinner time waiting 3/5 not busyBig group need reservation

BBQ meats are particularly small portions and over priced. The grill was set way too hot and staff did not change the burnt grill unless requested to (in other kbbq restaurants I've been to staff have been very observant and helpful).Would I come back? No there are plenty of better kbbqs elsewhere in Sydney.

We came here with high expectations for our Sydney foodie trip. But absolutely disappointed by the quality of the meal here and the attitude of the waitress. For the food, we ordered the mixed pork plate which cost $100. It contains four types of meats and even sausages!? It does not worth the price. Also the cold noodle has no flavor at all with only two pieces of thin beef. For the customer service, once we found out the noodle has no taste, we tried to communicated with the waitress. Then she just took the sauce from the table next to us and put them to our table with a very negative attitude. And the sauces are just white vinegar and mustard sauce with strong smells of wasabi. I have tried cold noodle in different places and haven’t saw any of the restaurants put these kind of sauces in cold noodle. We also tried to ask help with the BBQ fire, the waitress was so impatient and looks grumpy all the time. Just a friendly recommendation: do some improvements make your customers feel it’s not a waste of money.

Me and my friend were so so disappointed about the restaurant today.1. The amount of food that we ordered was so small for two with that price. The soup was $55 + rice $4×2 + surcharge 15%. but size and ingredients was quite shocking. It was not like that few years back.2. The service was so terrible. Especially the manager was so rude and even didn't say anything when we pay and leave.3. The quality of the food was so poor. It is not the food that I ordered. I thought I can make it better than that.I won't recommend the restaurant anymore. I was so sorry for my friend who invited me and ask me to choose.

I like the fried chicken. Would recommend the honey garlic flavour. Nice environment and services. We didnt wait for too long in peak hour on Saturday night.

Catching a film on the Easter long weekend gave me the perfect excuse to revisit Danjee Korean BBQ Restaurant. Located in an alleyway just near Event Cinemas, this Korean BBQ restaurant puts out above average Korean dishes. Even taking their latest reservation (8.30pm) into a mostly empty restaurant (the new normal for the second sitting) saw us receive one of the best kimchi jeon ($28) I’ve had. This crisp and airy spicy pork and pan-fried kimchi pancake was great against complimentary and happily replenished banchan (side dishes), including their standout kimchi. My other highlight was the dwejigogi dolsot bibimbap ($22). Presented in a super-heated stone bowl, this combination of spicy pork and black wild rice with kimchi, pickled and fresh vegetables, crisp seaweed and a raw egg combined into a very tasty melange. The temperature of earthenware serving vessel gives the rice a desirable crunchy crust. We also ordered bul dak ($48), a hot and spicy chicken dish with tteokbokki (rice cakes), pineapple pieces and a dusting of cheese melted over the top. It’s a particularly fiery dish here, so make good use of the pickled radish to put out the fire in your mouth. We over-ordered and ended up with enough containers of food to enjoy a no-cook dinner the next day. It was all so good, I will not leave it so long between visits again.

Definitely on the pricey side among all the Korean restaurants in Sydney. However the food was definitely on point , especially the spicy cheese chicken, absolutely delicious, but it is pretty spicy so probably try something like their fried chicken which is also very good if you can’t handle the heat.

As others have mentioned, the price is a little steep but the food and drinks ALMOST justify it. The place is divided into two where I believe one side is for BBQ and the other for other dishes. I think what really let them down was the service. The waiters are slow to serve and will slide into your view when we don’t expect them. As I watched the table next to me being cleared, I could see the frustration of one of the workers. I know work can be tedious but to openly express that was a little turn off for our dinner experience.

Haven’t been in a few years and believe it’s changed management. Our experience was very disappointing. The cold starter dishes was of lesser quality, meat platter was $100 and included sausages?!The poor staff was spread thin and struggled to get to all the tables and requests and many of our asks were never delivered on or took 3+times to ask.Booking system was also messy as no one the day bookings allowed online but when we tried to call many times through the day, they did not pick up once.
