Pharmacy Select Marriott Waters

One of the best pharmacies around, staff are very friendly understanding and very helpful. I am a regular customer, they have my scripts on file and the families too. Will always notify me if my daughters script is ready to expire soon due to the type of meds she is on so that I'm on top of arranging a pead appt. Have never had any issues with this pharmacy ever.

Love this pharmacy. The pharmacists are extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions.

I have been going to this pharmacy for many years for myself, wife and grandchildren. The staff during this time have always been extremely friendly, helpful and given exceptional service. In addition they are interested in the family, enjoy a joke and a laugh and even smile politely at my pathetic sense of humour.

Lack compassion. At a time like this extremely disappointing. This pharmacy is local we go there all the time for all our meds and certifying documents. Today was the first time to our knowledge that they have specific days for certifying documents.My 95yr old grandmother worked up her engery to go to the pharmacy to sign her statutory declaration for her daughter's visa application, to extend her stay.My mother was told she would have to come back another day. My mother kindly asked if they could please make an exception bc we were not aware of the new days placed on certifying documents. My grandmother is not only 95yrs old but as a pharmacist she should know that is high risk age for leaving the house.There were no customers at all in the store.The pharmacist told mum that it would cost $2.50 which is also a new charge but we are happy to pay whatever charges, and mum told her she was happy to pay.We will no longer return to this pharmacy for any services, I would rather drive an hr as long as there is caring, friendly, kind, compassionate service.My mum was known by name, that is how regular we were.Extremely disappointed a pharmacist of all people lacks these core values.

Thank you Dear Pharmacist Cynthia for your great advice about my Mother’s dry cough.She was struggling few weeks ago with an intermittent dry cough with no other symptoms.The Doctor prescribed dry cough medicine, antibiotics, asthma puffs but nothing seemed to work.We came back to the pharmacy and asked Pharmacist Cynthia if there was something else we can try to treat the cough. The root cause of the cough was verydifficult to determine but thePharmacist told my Mother that there are chances she was suffering from seasonal allergies and it was caused by her throat being irritated by pollen.She suggested her to try antihistamines which to her great surprise stopped her cough only after few days of treatment.Now we know how to treat her cough which is coming from time to time.We really trust the competency of our Pharmacist and thanks for being so helpful.

Poor Customer ServiceI live about walking distance to the MW shopping centre & this is our local pharmacy. However I had very bad customer service experience with Pharmacy Select Marriott Waters today (25/08/2022). I felt like the sales lady who served me thought that I was there to hazzle them. There was no manners and she looked very angry to see me. We go there to purchase medicine and give them another sales as they are our local pharmacy. Today their service was very poor and below the standard. However I should say that the male pharmacist was very friendly. I had a question about my medication and he explained it to me very politely.Usually I don't post very bad reviews on google, however I thought to post this for others information and hopefully Pharmacy Select Marriott Waters will improve their customer service.

Ben going there since opened, number of times have provided poor service, but kept going there! Recently it has been very poor, so retrieved my scripts and now going to pharmacy very close by. Very helpful device so far! Good luck!

Love this pharmacy. Very friendly & extremely helpful staff & my prescriptions filled very quickly & always available. Even better, the range of extras from face masks, bought more today, to essential oils etc.Just ask them, if they don’t have it they will get it pretty quick!

unfriendly staff asked for medicare card and date of birth,never had that before getting a prescription,bought an item on special,was $2 cheaper at chemist warehouse and not on special!!
