Had a wonderful hot chai latte drink. The drink was a bit too sweet, but the staff member had a most wonderful smile on his face, and this made the experience very pleasant.

Excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful,coffee is greatand donuts even better. Plenty of parking in Auburn centre and free for 2hours.

Glad I don't own this franchise. Go there at 10am for hot dog .girl puts her phone down and let's me know.not on yet then back to phone. Also never happy in there always someone complaining about people they have to work with . We really don't care people . We just want a coffee or hotdog when your business says its open . Good luck owner you'll need it

I no lie asked for a fork here & the lady behind the counter replied in the most condescending way 'that'd be 10c' I then said 'are you serious' she then replied 'I'm very serious'LOL it's ONE PLASTIC FORK! I'm actually gobsmacked that a business could be that stingy, keeping your regular customer is one thing but have you ever maybe thought of getting new ones?
