Myself and my cat had a traumatising experience at this vet, my cat who has anxiety about cages and vets urinated in her cage while we were waiting in the foyer. I did not realise this until we bought her into the room and opened the cage, the male vet made me feel like it was my fault by commenting on her “full bladder” and told me to put in newspaper next time, all in a monotone uncaring fashion while barely looking at me. After that, he told me to hold her while she was covered in urine as he half cleaned the table and took her sample to check under the microscope. He left me to hold my shaking, wee covered cat while he took her temperature (which is hard enough for them) and gave her a vaccine. He didn’t show any care towards her or myself and seemed to just want to get it over and done with. I actually had to ask him if he could provide me with something to clean her up a bit, so he gave me some paper towel and left me to it. After I had to ask for more he finally helped me to clean her. I attempted to ask some questions that I had but he just shoved her back in the cage, muttered some response and said we were done. I am highly disappointed and disgusted that a veterinarian would leave an animal in distress covered in her own urine on a cold, equally urine covered table. I was left feeling traumatised and guilty for ever taking her there. Please improve your customer service and improve on the way you treat animals, that behaviour and attitude was just not on.Update: the diet and medicine the vet recommended made my cat constipated for 5 DAYS. She finally passed a stool tonight only for me to realise the issue I initially went to the vets for hasn’t been resolved, she was sick all week for nothing. Do not go to these vets.

Paul the vet is great. He was so patient and gentle with my cat. I would highly recommend him for all pet care.

Long wait even though no other customers there.Girl at front counter seem to be the only person there but still had closed sign on door.Easy access, good for cats.Not particularly impressed with the customer service actually felt they did not want our business.

I called to ask about a very simple enquiry and the lady on the rude was SO BLOODY RUDE TO ME. She made me feel stupid for calling and asking a very normal question. I was apologizing for ‘inconveniencing’ her when she was the one who had horrible customer service. No empathy. No warmth. Not helpful whatsoever.

I highly recommend this vet practice, lovely staff. Great advice and care for my pet. Affordable price for quality care.

Paul is an outstanding vet. I have known him for some 35 years. He is so good with the animals and kind and understand with the owners.
