If I could give a 0 star I would. Baby bunting arranged for a package to be delivered to me from Melbourne, tracking was never updated from ‘in transit’. After numerous attempts, I received advice the package was returned to Melbourne Depot and would be reshipped that day. It’s been almost two weeks and am still waiting. Worse than Australia Post, avoid!

My packages sat in their warehouse for three weeks. I don't claim to be an expert, but I feel there are some steps that need to be followed in order to identify as a courier. You collect, you take to warehouse, then you deliver. Not take to warehouse and leave the package there until you get a rocket from the vendor and reluctantly deliver it. Honestly they need to rebrand to frustration facilitators or professional hoarders. In my best Comic Guy voice: Worst. Courier. Ever.

The customer service representative was very polite and professional on the phone when I called up to ask a time frame on when my rug would be delivered she said it should arrive in 3-5 days. It arrived at my door 2 hours after I got off the phone to her. I was happy that the rug came earlier than expected but strange how she couldn’t give me the correct information and tell me that it would arrive that day!

Package left in the street !!!! They are meant to at least leave it in your ground floor. Delivery guy didn’t want to go into the parking to leave it in the ground floor (where they are meant to leave it). You would think purchasing a 700 product will at least get them to take it to your house.Also, I had to chase them up for the delivery as they were more than 2 weeks late.Awful service.

I had a very negative experience with my delivery driver who threw fragile boxes from the back of his delivery truck in a childish tantrum. I have tried to report it to a supervisor at Blue Star, I left a voicemail and have received no call back. It is clear this company is not interested in customer service. The driver arrived at my office, talking on the phone and was on the phone call for the entire delivery process. He told me in a very rude tone that the boxes were too heavy and that I needed to unload them myself. I am not sure why this company sends just one delivery person when the boxes are too heavy for one person to lift, surely the premium we pay for heavy items is so that the company can account for the labour involved in lifting them. I helped him to lift the boxes onto a dolly and while I pushed the dolly into our storage space the driver proceeded to THROW the remaining packages out the back of the truck. These boxes were not heavy and were clearly marked with red fragile" tape. In my opinion this is outrageous behaviour and completely inappropriate. I regret that this complaint could not be handled directly with Blue Star customer service."

I wouldn't recommend this company! I was forced to wait nearly 4 weeks for a delivery from my supplier who is located in the same suburb as I am.After unsuccessfully attempting to contact the company multiple times and being told multiple reasons why my delivery hadn't arrived, it turns out that it was just sitting in the warehouse.One positive though, the driver who did eventually complete delivery was friendly.

Life coaching. It's been 2 weeks for my parcel from Melbourne to Sydney and I am still waiting for it. I have also made a calculation, if I walk from Melbourne to Sydney, it takes about 14 days. Helps me improve my patience.Caring. Becasue they know I need to work during the day, being afraid of interrupting me, they cancelled my delivery without giving me call.Strong safety awareness. They drive away without deliver anything, because they did not find a parking spot.Budget awareness. I have made at least 10 calls to them and get promised to get call back. But only received 1 call from them ( and I apologize I missed it). By not givng customer calls, they must have saved millions of dollars, which is great for their business.
