Mister Minit Grand Plaza Browns Plains

Went in to get my car remote fixed as the panel needed to be soldered. Was told it can't be which is fair, no charge so i was ok with that wasn't a big deal as it still worked. The next day went to get into my car and they had removed my battery for some unknown reason and not put my battery back in. Spoke with Sam to be told not my problem. The worst service evee!! Went to Beenleigh 10/10 fixed it and replaced the battery for half the price. The guy actually knew what he was doing and beyond nice service. Don't waste your time at browns Plains and go to Beenleigh

Asked a basic question today and got treated with a lot of attitude and disrespect by the guy with long hair and a beard. Not a good look and very unprofessional

Great experience with these guys.Very professional team.Polite and approachable.I got a “house main door missing key got cut from them and the job was completed in 10 minutes.Used the key and door opened perfectly with no issues.They charged me 10 dollars which was awesome.Highly recommended.

I accidentally sent my car remote through the wash and killed it, took it into the Mister Minit and left it with them while I shopped. Within half an hour the new remote was made up and they even came out to the carpark to program it to the car for me, easy as!I also had engraving done at this store on a watch for fathers day and it was absolutely amazing, definitely a local business to get behind.

Ben was very helpful, we got three keys done for two cars and was given a great discount! Very efficient, we didn't allow a lot of time before rushing off to do the school pick up but they were very accommodating, even came out to the car and programmed them for us. Keys all work fabulous, Great work!
