Bhupesh is a gem. Bought a motorcycle a week ago, had to get service and RWC. He made sure to change the tail tidy to stock for RWC and was kind enough to ask to put it back once done. Also, had my bike done first so I wouldn’t have to wait long. Will be back for another service when it’s due!

Service levels of this business is of a very high standard. I have been greeted with respect and consideration at every point of contact over the years with 3 different bikes that I have owned - all with various issues occurring. They are helpful and very solution focused. I understand them to be responsive and professional as a team with every encounter I have had. I rate this business greatly and they are my first choice …even though I have moved away from their usual service area.

One of the few places I've ever given 5 stars to!Bike was done when they said it would be done. Prices were good.When I went in to pick it up and we were discussing the bike, it came up that the belt that drives the rear wheel should have been changed by the previous owner.I asked them to take a look, just in case. 5:30 the cover came off, and the belt showed massive cracks. They replaced worked back and replaced it, for a great price.Since the service the bike hasn't skipped a beat. Would recommend!

Bhupesh and the team at Melbourne Scooters have been very helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable on everything for my motorbike. Communication and support was very good through my motorbike servicing and roadworthy certificate process. If there were going to be any additional charges to what I expected they would firstly communicate this to me to get approvals (or seek an alternative outcome) before proceeding. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of service is great.
