As expected experience, food and service. Lots of young people running about doing the best they can. They got my order wrong but I was eating in, so not such a drama. If I'd been drive through I would have been less impressed as I was just passing through town. Attention to detail is difficult for the young it appears.

Kinda average for maccas these days mainly saying this as the 24 pack of nuggets i got was only warm and i only love them when hot. Self service computer area is pokey and i needed a receipt but the printer was broken again.

The place was filthy, and the toilets were no better. Disability toilet was so disgusting that my wife refused to use it. Staff members behind the counter suggested my wife use the women's toilets and obviously have no understanding about using a wheelchair. I am very dissatisfied with everything at that store. Needs a heath and safety check by the council and McDonald's management.

By far, Forbs McDonald's wins the award for the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Staff show no pride in their appearance, no pride in their work place. The toilets are fifty. Tables are covered with food and in need of basic attention, a wipe down. The food was cold and overcooked . Staff are drinking thick shakes whilst serving. Off duty staff walk in behind the counter talking and socialising with staff that are serving. The manager shows no interest or leadership qualities. I will never step foot in the place again. Do yourself a favour and save other potential customers the disappointment, CLOSE DOWN.

The food is at perfection. The ham and cheese toasties are the best item on the McCafe menu along with chips and the cheeseburger. If they are being rude just think that they're having bad day.

It’s a Maccas but was clean and got an extra star when I heard the lady at the counter help a guy with special needs very nicely.

Wow, what can I say, three times your'e out. We have had three orders end up on the pathway, the bags they package their burgers and fries in just tore before we could go from the car to the house. Food all over, called up Forbes Macdonalds told them the issue, said could not do anything about the bags. So the gourmet burger and fries was a donation to the street. I will stick to Kentucky Fried, their bags are quaility, shows who cares about their customers.
