2017 the team at West Horizon Motorcycles checked over my Yamaha FJR1300 for my trip to Philip Island. Today 24/09/19 they checked it again for this years trip. After a thorough check they reported the clutch fluid was dirty, they flushed the old fluid & bleed the system.Thanks for the assistance, advice & great work you do on my bikes.

Brilliant good old fashioned service. Jordan is everything the dealer shops are not, he is willing to take the time to go through all the issues with your bike and discuss only the options which are in your best interests. The service work he does goes beyond just what is in the book. I am very happy I found his shop and will not go anywhere else now.

Jordan has been amazing to deal with. He genuinely cares that his customers are well informed and kept up to date. I've had my bike (2015 zx10r) serviced twice here and each time I have ridden away a very happy customer. The last service was a major one and I swear my bikes rides better than it did brand new! The team are happy to take the time to explain things to you and help you understand what/why things are being done. I will absolutely be coming back for all my future bike work, very happy with the team and highly recommend!

If you want to deal with an intelligent, knowledgeable, honest and courteous motorcycle mechanic, then Jordan is your man. My bikes are running better than ever and I have a list of things to keep an eye on for in the future. Jordan doesn't just fix your bike's problem but also gives the bike a comprehensive look-over to make sure it is safe and reliable. He will explain to you, in a way you will understand, exactly what he has done and demonstrate the faults in the replaced parts. He will even generously explain how to do minor maintenance on your own. He has repaired my shocks and forks, replaced my suspension and wheel bearings, solved a stuttering twin and provided general bike service. I recommend him for all of your motorcycle maintenance.

Better service than you'll see at most dealers and very reasonable pricing. Jordan really goes above and beyond for the customer. He dropped everything at short notice on a Sat morning to help me out as I was stranded with a poorly running bike. Jordan had my bike up and running by lunchtime and I was on my way. Cheers

Absolutely fantastic team at West Horizon. They went above and beyond with my bike service, doing a superb job at a very reasonable price. My R1 has never felt so smooth and responsive. From the get go they were very easy to deal with and they made sure I understood what was wrong and what they did to fix it. I couldn't recommend them highly enough! If you want good old fashioned quality work and service, take your bike here.It even came back cleaner than its ever been!
