The absolute worst club I’ve ever been to in my whole life. Staff extort and exploit customers by making them pay entry twice. Staff have the biggest egos and worst customer service. It’s almost as if they hire the rudest girls they can find on purpose. oThe shots are 3/4 of a standard. Music sucks. Go to FLNDRS or otherwise bar just anywhere but here.

Not only the worst nightclub in Australia, but the worst place. Security guards will throw any bloke out for nothing and will assault whoever. Service is bad, music is worse and the people are the worst part. At least u get 3 free drinks with ur $25 entry lol

Never seen customer service so poor. Waitress at the front was incredibly disrespectful, did not charge drinks correctly according to deals and lied about products. Do not come here or be willing to be disappointed. Only good for the wasted.

The short tiny little security guard needs a reality check! I understand RSA guidelines as I HAVE ONE OF MY OWN. Literally no where near causing a disturbance or no where near being intoxicated either.Kicking someone out for NO reason, and not refunding a $50 entry… even after not having a valid reason for kicking someone out either???A tiny girl that’s not putting up a fight doesn’t need to be man handled by a grown man either. Such a power trip from your short little seccy lol.Worst service ever. Don’t go here. Place is a joke!

Security guard at front door with beard Is very rude telling me and my friend to go back to out country. Seen him letting girls in without id’s after 10pm. When me and my friend tried to get entry with our HongKong passport we were turned away, and had derogatory comments made to us.I have tried to email management, and even tried to call within their advertised office hours however to no avail.Maybe I should try and get fair work involved.

100% do not recommend!!! some servers are absolutely rude and racist! have no respect what's so ever for customers. I was in the middle of the dance floor with all my friends when I was given a warning by security because apparently I was trying to start a fight?! I was yelled and sworn at for no reason at all by the short blonde lady that was serving my friend and I. She made me pay for the 3 FREE DRINKS you usually get when you go madcow, charged me $13ea for a cup of Rum n Coke, she then began to belittle my friend whom was just standing there telling her to move away because she was starting trouble?! she then called security saying I had threatened her when all I said was the drinks should be free because I have you the card". The bald security man was literally pulling my arm and didn't tell me why he was pulling me out the door and then he went back in to pull my friend out also. Very disgusting these workers.some workers however are very lovely and respectful but these two were absolutely disgusting!Hope someday they grow some form of respect for themselves and others!"

Honestly, do your self a favour dont go here the bar staff and the door girls need an attitude adjustment.Rude arrogant females that probably need to go work at Karens dinner instead of mad cow. That's how rude they areNo wonder the place doesn't get packed like it use to.
