Dr Peter Le is the BEST dentist I’ve ever seen. He removed my wisdom teeth in the most caring and professional manner. I was so anxious and he made me feel comfortable every step of the way. This surgery is running on all cylinders and so are the dentists I have seen! My experiences with John and Peter, and there have been many of them as I have needed a lot of dental work, have left me feeling both grateful and relieved. I know I am in very good hands. The staff are friendly, polite and competent. Credit where credit is due. What a stellar dental practice!

I had a terrible and traumatic experience with a root canal, both during the procedure. The dentist was rough, causing bruising and split lip and failed to communicate with me properly, as well as after, having now confirmed with a specialist that the root canal was not completed correctly, causing me ongoing pain and even more financial outlay. I should have been referred in the initial stage. Wasted my money and now have ongoing pain, trauma and costs to repair.

After unpleasant experience at another practice in ballarat while experiencing alot of pain and not knowing any dentists after moving from NSW a friend recommended Oak Tree. The day I called them they fitted me in and gave me advice on how obtain my X-rays. Dr Alex and the dental assistances were so kind and careful during my procedure and treated me with the upmost respect and even stayed back to ensure everything was completed properly as it turned out to be complex and I felt no pain during the procedure and very little pain after the procedure. There pricing is extremely fair and worth every cent for the treatment they provide. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I have been seeing John at Oak tree for many years now and I am always well informed about my teeth and any treatment that is needed. I always feel cared for and treated in a professional and friendly manner. The staff at the front desk are always very friendly, bubbly and helpful.

John and his team have the most incredible caring attitude and the most dedicated staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I was fortunate to find this surgery 10 years ago. John has worked his magic, saving teeth and giving me a life changing quality with my challenging teeth.I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I absolutely just love going. John always asks after my adult children, asks how I am, and what I’m currently doing. I feel that I’m more than just a customer and a name on his job sheet. I have seen some of the other dental doctors and they all share this amazing warmth and caring attitude. I’ve used Oak Tree Dental for several years. All the treatments I have had have been done professionally and have worked well. I have been treated by at least five of the dentists in the practice and all have given great care. They have explained the need for any procedures and are very caring in their manner.
