Huge thank you to Darren and ? (Sorry) and the team at Fraser Caravans for helping us on the spot today whilst traveling through for a catastrophic break failure on our single axel caravan. They went above and beyond. Fantastic to see great old fashioned friendly service. Definitely recommend. Just wish they were local to us.

We noticed the door handle was missing on the caravan during our lunch stop. After a google search I rang fraser caravans who where 60km away. They confirmed they had the part in stock and could install when we arrive. A 5 min job done professionally and promptly. Highly recommended ! Easy access from the highway as well.

Have enjoyed the relationship built with Grant over the last 4 1/2 years. Never a problem fitting us in. Has done great work including fitting grey water tanks, finding and repairing leaks thru the roof, fitting extra sail track to protect fridge from heat, replaced solar reg, repaired stone guards front of van.Highly recommend.

We had our MotorHome awning replaced no hassel friendly promt service. We live full time in our motorhome and Fraser Caravans understood that not having our MH would cause issues for us. Job done quickly proficiently and professionally. We will utilise their services again. THANK YOU

I can’t speak highly enough of Fraser Caravans and would like to thank them publicly for their efforts under difficult circumstances.Fraser caravans diagnosed a faulty 12V water pump on our caravan purchased less than 12 months ago elsewhere. We were on route from Adelaide, SA to Agnes Waters, Qld.The staff accommodated us at short notice despite being busy with other jobs checked in.They had a replacement pump on hand and went about helping with a smile.The inability to use a 12 volt battery assisted pump would have cut short our trip had it not been for Fraser Caravan staff.A big thanks-you guys & gals, Tim & Heather

The man knows what your needs are, and he is very efficient in what he does ,we're about to give him more work, service on gas,water,and hot water system. Got every bit of confidence that we won't be ripped off.
