Melbourne Pool & Spa have maintained our pool for 20 years. In 2000, when our newly renovated pool failed (and after three other pool maintenance companies attempted repairs without success), MPS completely overhauled our automated filtration and cleaning system - fixing many of the original installer's errors - and have maintained it ever since.MPS has provided us with exceptional customer service - regular pool maintenance, scheduled equipment servicing and repairs, and emergency call outs (when a dust storm left our pool full of red dirt). Russell and Jonathan are a pleasure to deal with, their technical knowledge and experience is outstanding, and their staff are well presented, friendly and efficient. MPS charges are reasonable and all charges are clearly stated on the monthly invoice.Over the years we have recommended MPS to many of our friends who have been similarly impressed with their service.Highly recommended.
