ODS Windows

Built our house and the builder chose ODS for our extensive double-glazed commercial grade aluminium windows. Had to get them back to silicon the aluminium joins as we could see daylight through them. One of our 3.0m height sliding doors is almost un-openable as it looks like one of the rollers is damaged. We contacted ODS and the guy came out and told us how they could fix it. When they realised it was out of warranty we were then told they don't do maintenance. We gave them a chance to reconsider, explaining we did not expect this work to be done for free. They still refused. Poor service from a local glass manufacturer. If you use them and have an issue, at least you know they won't fix anything outside the warranty period.
