I, just a couple of weeks ago had a bad experience with an antennae company in Mayfield and needed all my TV's and antennae re mounted.I searched on the web and this time was lucky enough to come across Simon's company. Custom Audio Visual Solutions.I cannot write highly enough about CAV and Simon and Brendon. Simon came over and presented his quote that was very reasonable especially compared with the other company. Simon and Brendon spent more time than I think I paid for which also included the home security system. What's equally important is the back up service to ensure everything was working.I have no hesitation in Simon or Brendon passing on my phone contact to future clients. Super company and super Technicians. Outstanding in my opinion.

We can highly recommend CAVS. Simon spent long hours over a number of days installing our sound system, as well as wall mounting a TV and programming a Logitech remote. He has been readily available via phone for troubleshooting. Unfortunately, after only a week our Sony TV failed (no sound or picture) and Simon rocked up on a Sunday, took it down and not only transported it back to the shop for us, but helped us purchase an alternative make and model. He has been favourably generous in his invoicing, which we have very much appreciated. Nothing has been too much trouble and he has been incredibly calm in the face of what has been at times a frustrating process!

Simon and Brendan responded quickly to my request for a quote. They provided reasonably priced and practical solutions to my home network and TV aerial conundrums. They spent 2 full days cabling and setting up my network and TVs and the results are excellent. I will get them back soon to sort out the spaghetti that is my home theatre system.

Simon and Brendan spent a day and a half at home installing a Bose surround sound system, as well as trouble shooting TV reception problems and installing a second TV. They were punctual, polite, cleaned up after themselves and worked constantly to finish the job. They were able to answer any questions we had, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I have dealt with Simon from CAVS twice now and both times he has been exceptional in the work he has undertaken.First time was to connect my apartments communication wiring to be able to get the NBN connected (if only the nbn installers were as good as Simon…).I got him to also quote to install a home network cabling the place with ethernet cabling, a better and stronger Wi-Fi and mounting a new TV on one of my walls. U went ahead with his quote on work and the right equipment i needed which he installed today. He also arranged a licenced electrician to install the required (Jake flrom IPT, another very good and friendly professional).Best thing today other than everything working perfectly (friends very jealous!) is that one of the items he quoted on was a wifi nest to give a greater signal upstairs, but after through testing of the signal with the first wifi router he installed he advised that i did not need the extender, which shows me that he is more interested in saving me money than installing something i didnt need. We had Simon do two installations for us. Great service underpinned by outstanding product knowledge and quality workmanship. The calibration of both the TV and receiver took two good products and changed them to a whole other level of listening and viewing quality.

Simon responded quickly to TV reception problems. Isolated line of sight issue due to new houses and eliminated obsolete equipment to maximise signal. Also pointed out 2 of our TV sets were not compatible with a couple of the new channels available. Overall helpful and persistent. Peter & Tami.

This is the first time I have used Custom Audio Visual Solutions and I will certainly be using them again. Simon went above and beyond both leading up to doing the job and while completing the job. Being an older house there was some trouble shooting involved and I am extremely happy with how the job turned out. Simon mounted and wired my TV and three wall speakers onto the wall. He set up my amplifier, blue ray, stacker cd player, apple tv and the WII. Sound and picture are great and the set up looks amazing. Very happy indeed.
