CFIH - Centre For Integrative Health

I have been a yoyo dieter, emotional eater most of my adult life. I've tried all diets and fads and anything that promised to make me lose weight. Not surprisingly, none of them worked and each year I put on more and more weight and became unhappier. I am very blessed that the Centre for Integrative Health became a part of my life when I was feeling ready to really make changes. I have worked intensively with Kate Pollard, a practising dietician and with her guidance, support, knowledge and encouragement have learnt a whole new, healthy, accessible way of relating to food. Kate also encouraged me to work with Dr Keira Buchanan, the director of CFIH and really learn why I kept repeating the same old mistakes and what was holding me back. These psychologist appointments helped me understand myself so much. I wish everyone who has an eating disorder has the opportunity to be helped by the CFIH; they truly were wonderful. I learned so much and it changed my whole life. I feel like a different person and food is no longer my enemy. I do not regret one minute of time spent with Kate and Keira at CFIH. My advice to anyone thinking of taking that first step is, do it! Do it today! Don't be scared it's a great journey!

Prides themselves on protecting those that are vulnerable but won’t allow the unvaccinated paid treatment esp those that can’t be vaccinated due to a contraindication. You can go to hospital as a patient or visitor without being vaccinated and they don’t check the shops are taking down their safety screens as we speak … go figure …
