His promptness in attending to, and rectifying the problem was truly outstanding and we cannot thank him enough. We will certainly be contacting James again. Does anyone know if this company has shut down as I’ve been trying to contact them for months but to no avail apart from a few texts.I thought I was a valued customer, but obviously not.Someone mentioned that they hadn’t seen their vans around lately which makes me think the company has closed down. because I can’t imagine James the owner would treat a loyal customer so badly.

James from Lighthouse was prompt, professional and provided exactly what I asked for. He created a new circuit for new indoor outlets, made a new waterproofed outdoor outlet, fixed and installed a damaged chandelier and also wired a 12volt outdoor circuit fitting quality patio spotlights. James was friendly and worked in a timely way meeting all my electrical needs with these 4 jobs. I would use James again and have no hesitation recommending Lighthouse to others.

I wanted to update the lighting and electrics in my house but was unsure how to design it and what options were out there. After talking to James about what I wanted I felt as though I was in good hands. James’s advice was fantastic, listened to what I wanted and then gave me a few options on what I could do. I ended up going with his suggestions and couldn’t be happier. He was very professional, his work was outstanding and extremely well priced. After this experience I would strongly recommend James for any electrical work you might need.
