Nice designs but if you want to photo the pieces to show your friends and get an opinion, forget it. They don't allow photos, and THEY MAKE YOU DELETE IF YOU TAKE A PHOTO! What is this place, ASIO Hq? Ridiculous. Oh and forgot about Instagram, Facebook or a website. Nope nope nope. Go somewhere else

Bought 1 pair of t-shirt cuffs made from old soviet watches. Legendary!

In my experience this is not a reputable business and I would warn all not to shop here.My partner purchased a necklace as a gift from the store, where he was told the piece was sterling silver. When he gave it to me the necklace and the pendant on it were both heavily tarnished, and there were no 925 markings anywhere to verify that it was indeed sterling silver, as he was informed in store that it was.From the purchase date in early December to mid-February, when the exchange period ended, I tried multiple times to return the necklace but the store was never opened during the hours it was advertised as being so.There is no email or phone number to contact for queries either, which to me seems very odd.In my experience this is not an honest business that sells legitimate items - I didn’t get sterling silver from what I can deduce, I got cheap show jewellery charged at a premium - and I will be lodging a complaint to Consumer Affairs.Do not shop here, if you walk past and the store is actually open that is.Post- review note: A lady called me from a private number about two weeks after writing this review (I left a handwritten note under the door the last time I visited and the store was again closed with my number expressing my wish to return said item). She asked for my address purportedly to send a “credit note” and then, from my perspective, became hostile and threatening over the Google review left, to the point I felt I had to hang up on her.

Love this place. Staff are always so kind to everyone I come in with and have such inclusive values. I really enjoy shopping for quality jewelry here while also having some interesting conversation. The pieces that are sold have never disappointed and the variety is perfect.

Not just for their unique and stunning jewellery designs, but for the wonderful service I'm always provided. It's a rare gift to be privy to the stories attached to the craftsmanship of these gorgeous pieces, and it's an aspect of customer service I really love and value. You will get this at Koko. While you won't find a website with photos of the store's range, this is how Koko have been able to keep cheap knockoffs at bay. What you get is great customer service, and stunning jewellery that remain timeless in their beautiful designs. I really love this place! Make sure when you're in Melbourne, to head to Fitzroy and get yourself (or someone spesh) a stunning piece from the best jewellery store around!

I tried to find an email to send a private review, but we were just in the store and I picked up something from the window area and the store lady told me to not pick up anything from the window but her tone was quite rude. It did effect me personally, so when we were purchasing the same said item I just asked her why was it a problem. She obviously mentioned the store rules but didn't understand as a customer I just wanted some acknowledgement. Then she said you don't have to buy the item and said I was putting all this stress on her so we promptly walked out. So rude and disrespectful. Avoid this store if this lady is working there. I run my own wholesale business, and I treat my customers with the utmost respect. And I never pull this out, but the reason I wanted to make a point was I did feel a racial tone to her comment, which thankfully I rarely ever feel in my life in this country. Again you can never say for sure if this is in fact true, but I got that vibe and hence wanted to mention it and why I initially wanted to bring this issue up whilst purchasing.
