Consistently horrible service every time.Drive through and get asked straight away to park up, always a 10+ minute wait, then you have to walk inside to go get it - even when ordering a simple double cheeseburger meal that could be out in a minute.Staff never seem to have any idea what they’re doing and the ‘manager’ appears useless at delegation or management.

Absolutely the poorest...and money stolen from this store by short cutting ordersTwice i have ordered and paid for the extra pickles,onion, lettuce and mayo. This is not even a regular value whopper.Disgusted

Poorest service on several occassions and the wait time was absolutely ridiculous!!!- When asked if the kids meal comes with a toy I got an eye roll, turned her back and got the toy. This was from a manager!- Got an order delivered and the buns were toasted black! It was horrible. One bite and it went in the bin.- Drive thru wait time as absolutely appalling.Never again!

Really bad food.Hot chocolate is scoops of chocolate syrup with warm milk. Wasn't even hot. Tastes like sickly syrup chocolate.On top of that, food was cold. Do not recommend

This is the second time I order from this hungry jack, and the second time theres a mistake with my order. Tonight i ordered a large meal with a large sprite and got given a medium or maybe even small coke.Do yourselves a favor and do not order a delivery . Order at the store and double check your order before you leave, or better yet, go to another hungry jack

Our orders are done to our specifications most of the time. The staff are usually friendly and helpful. Sometimes it does take a little while to get our food, but overall, it’s a pretty decent experience.

Listen, I don't know who Jack is or why he's so hungry, but I can tell you that after visiting this place, I was left feeling pretty hungry myself. As a vegetarian, I was a bit disappointed to find that there weren't many options for me on the menu. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating and offered to customize a veggie burger just for me.I have to say, the veggie burger they whipped up was pretty delicious. It was packed with flavor and had just the right amount of spice. I also appreciate that they had a variety of toppings and sauces to choose from, so I could really make it my own.The only suggestion I have is for Hungry Jack Burgers to add more options for vegetarians and vegans. It would be great to see a dedicated vegetarian or vegan burger on the menu, or at least a few more customizable options for those of us who prefer not to eat meat.Overall, if you're a meat-eater, I'm sure you'll love the burgers here. But for my fellow vegetarians and vegans, don't be afraid to ask for a custom burger that meets your dietary needs. The staff are more than happy to help!

Ordered 2 chips .. got charged 3.45$ each.. not a problem.. but quality and quantity poor .. not coming back to hungry jacks . Guy at the drive through looks like no experience with customer service.. requires to retrained for basic customer service skills... Asked for the fresh chips came home and saw all overcooked and oliy chips..
